Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of embedded firmware development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience in embedded development in C/C+- Strong experience with V4L2 Memory-to-Memory (V4L2M2M) driver development for video codec implementations

Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience in QMS implementation and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Internal & External Audits, CAPA, RCA, SPC, and Quality Improvement Tools.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the Fasteners, Automotive, Engineering, or Industrial Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Qualification:
B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Job Description
+ Support execution of projects across key KPIs: Cost, Schedule, Quality, Risk, and Stakeholder coordination.
+ Assist in managing the DCS project lifecycle including Sales Handover, KOM, Engineering, Procurement, Staging, FAT, Shipment, SAT, Handover, and Closure.
+ Provide active support during Project Bidding/Proposal stages to ensure an optimized budget mainly from Hardware aspects.
+ Review and support Hardware Engineering activities including panel design, network architecture understanding, and buyout integration.
+ Hands-on exposure to buyouts such as HMI, servers, control desks/furniture, cables, UPS, chargers, LVS, field instruments, relays, barriers, etc
+ Reconcile new order BOMs against quoted scope and highlight deviations to the Project Manager for resolution.
+ Review hardware engineering documents to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
+ Participate in site walk-downs, data collection, I/O list preparation, and cable schedule development.
+ Ensure correct specifications and document approvals are in place for the Operations team to execute orders with thorough Hardware Engineering skills.
+ Track specification changes, communicate updates to internal stakeholders, and follow up to ensure implementation.
+ Provide periodic project summaries and status reports to relevant stakeholders and management.
+ Monitor and review project progress at appropriate intervals based on priority and delivery schedules. Record discussions and circulate minutes to participants and stakeholders.
+ Ensure "Zero LDs" in all projects.
+ Drive GP improvement initiatives through cost reduction, slim-spec design, efficient engineering efforts, and change order management
+ Communicate with maturity and professionalism (both written and verbal) with customers and stakeholders to build strong professional relationships and prioritize future opportunities.
+ Ensure proper project closure with comprehensive handover reports, lessons learned documentation, and enhancement of GEC reference libraries.
+ Ready for short and long-term travelling assignments, project deputations.

- B.Tech / B.E. in ECE, EEE, I&C, E&I, or Mechanical.
- Proven experience of 7 to 10 year of in Power plant project hardware engineering and commissioning.
- Project Management, Coordination, Execution experience as Project Hardware Lead for minimum 3 projects.
- Excellent communication skills with strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to queries from managers, clients, and customers.
- Capability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Willingness to take on travel assignments.
- Thorough knowledge of various shipment terms.
- Strong technical expertise in Ovation Hardware and buyouts
- Strong technical Knowledge of Ovation Hardware/ buyouts
