+ Define content models, metadata, and reusable component libraries
+ Enable headless delivery and API-first integrations
+ Troubleshoot front-end issues, support DAM customisation, and collaborate with operating companies (OpCos) to deliver solutions
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or relevant degree in Computer science.
+ 6+ years of development/implementation experience using AEM (Cloud 6.5+), including hands-on experience developing templates, components, OSGi services, and integrations
+ 2+ years of experience with EDS platform, custom workflows and Adobe AI features
+ Strong expertise in Java backend development, AEM architecture, Multi-Site Manager, and language copies
+ Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) customisation, CDN-based delivery, and modern web technologies (REST APIs, JSON, AJAX, JS frameworks)
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ 20% Travel Required
+ Be prepared to travel and work in a team with a "can do attitude" to get the job done
+ To work safely and comply with the company's health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures
+ Willingness to learn new features and technologies
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Experience with AEM (Sites/AEMaaCS), integrations, APIs, and core technologies (Sling, JCR, OSGi)
+ Strong Java and backend development expertise, including SSO and payment (credit card) integrations
+ Knowledge of LLM Optimizer, AI feeds, and merchant integrations (preferred)
+ Broad API experience (REST, SOAP) with understanding of dispatcher and CDN configurations
+ Strong business analysis, time management, and ability to work effectively with project management systems
