# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from accredited university.
+ Minimum 15 years' experience of working as designer in an engineering company in bulk material handling system design
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, GD&T, DFM/DFA, and PLM.
+ Familiarity with industry standards and codes (IS, CEMA).
+ Good communication, problem-solving skills.
+ Experience with international projects and workshare execution models.
+ Exposure to equipment such as vibrating feeders, crushers, drive systems, automatic storage and retrieval system (ASRS), and unloading/bagging stations.
+ Knowledge of fire protection systems, STP/WTP, and auxiliary mechanical packages.

**Requirements:**
**The** **HRIS Analyst I / II** **will maintain the integrity and reliability of the organization's HRIS (Workday), ensuring solution continuity and functionality that meets the requirements and objectives of the business.**

**Develop and maintain simple to complex Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite, BIRT) using Workday delivered tools.**
**Create and maintain standardized real-time dashboards displaying key metrics and insights for business leaders.**
**Troubleshoot report-related issues and resolve issues in a timely manner.**
**Maintain data integrations between the Workday System and external and internal systems**
**Facilitate mass uploads in Workday.**
**Proactively monitor and troubleshoot existing data integrations, supporting HR, Benefits, Talent Management operations.**
**Support Workday releases**
**Stay informed of new functionality available in Workday and actively contribute to the deployment of feature releases by reviewing system upgrades/releases to determine overall business impact, conduct regression testing, and make recommendations for future enhancements/functionality.**
