Job Description
About Atica: Atica is a tech-led remote sales and revenue-management partner for hotels across the US, and the outsourced sales and revenue engine for 200+ independent US hotels. We are bootstrapped, profitable, and backed by leading investors (Titan Capital, DIBS). We are building our outbound function from the ground up, and this is one of its founding hires.
The role : We are hiring the person who will build and run the engine that finds and qualifies the right accounts for our outbound team. This is a hands-on role that combines lead research and sourcing with automation: you will turn messy inputs — a company staying at our hotels, a market signal, an OTA-masked booking — into the one right decision-maker with a verified contact, and build the enrichment and signal pipelines (Clay, AI, data sources) that do this reliably at scale. In the early months, before the system is fully built, you will also do this resolution by hand. If you combine strong research judgment with an instinct for automation, this is a rare build-from-zero seat.
Responsibilities
- Resolve messy inputs to the one right decision-maker (travel, procurement, or operations) with a verified email and phone.
- Build and own the sourcing and enrichment engine: Clay tables, enrichment waterfalls, data pipelines, AI-assisted research.
- Turn guest data, market reports, and project alerts into high-intent, callable accounts.
- Deliver clean, verified, signal-rich lists into Salesforce, and measure and improve list quality and conversion.
- Automate repetitive work; if a task is done twice, it should become a workflow.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with sourcing and enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Seamless, or similar).
- Strong judgment resolving an ambiguous company to the right person, with clear reasoning — not a spray of titles.
- A genuine appetite for automation and AI. A formal technical or engineering background is not required.
- Comfort being hands-on with research early, while building the system that scales it.
- Data discipline: verified records, clean handoffs, no guesswork.
Please note before applying
Location: Yerwada, Pune (work from office).
Shift: US hours, approximately 4 PM to 2AM IST.
This is a build-and-do role, especially in the first months — you will both build the system and do the hands-on account resolution. If you only want to architect systems without doing the research yourself, this is not the seat.
