+ 12+ months and above experience in healthcare accounts receivable (Denial Management)
+ Functional knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations and experience related to privacy laws, access and release of information
+ Solid knowledge of medical insurance (HMO, PPO, Medicare, Medicaid, Private Payers)
+ In-depth working knowledge of the various applications associated with the workflows
+ Solid knowledge and use of the American English language skills with neutral accent

**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
+ Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines
+ Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
+ Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors
+ Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
+ Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
+ Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in **Golang and/or Python or Dot Net**
+ Proven track record designing and delivering **large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native platforms** .
+ Expert-level knowledge of **Kubernetes/OpenShift** , container orchestration, platform engineering, and production operations.
+ Extensive experience with public cloud platforms ( **AWS, Azure, or GCP** ) and cloud architecture patterns.
+ Strong expertise in **system design, scalability, reliability, performance optimization, and security architecture** .
+ Advanced experience with **CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)** , and developer productivity tooling.
+ Deep understanding of **software engineering excellence** , including testing strategies, automated quality gates, architecture reviews, and SDLC best practices.
+ Experience defining technical strategy, architecture roadmaps, and engineering standards.
+ Ability to lead technical initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive delivery across multiple teams.
+ Strong mentoring and leadership skills with experience growing engineering talent and fostering engineering culture.
+ Experience with platform observability, SRE practices, incident management, and operational excellence.
