Validation engineers are said to have a 'break-the-part' mentality. This means they spend some of their time working to identify the use-cases in which the device will stop working as intended and understand the impact and cause of those failures. Sometimes, those are acceptable failures, but others we may need to mitigate for quality, safety, or other reasons. Plus, we want to ensure that our parts are consistently performing to the specifications that we set in our TRM and data sheet, and even to some more conservative limits or as defined in the VVCM (validation/verification compliance matrix).
Candidate should also have knowledge of HDL and be hands-on with Palladium to execute the tests and debug along with having automation mindset. Validation engineers will also design, develop, and implement necessary methods of measuring device performance and troubleshooting any related systems, equipment or device issues that arise. Validation engineers are often working in a post-silicon lab or on the software programs required to run their measurements.

Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented **Board Evaluation and Characterization Engineer** to support bring-up, testing, and electrical characterization of evaluation boards and silicon devices. This role involves working closely with design, validation, and test teams to ensure system-level functionality, electrical compliance, and performance verification of silicon in real-world hardware environments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead evaluation and bring-up of custom evaluation boards, reference designs, and test platforms for SoCs, MCUs, or ASICs.
+ Perform electrical characterization of interfaces (e.g., USB, SPI, I²C, ADC, DDR, Ethernet).
+ Validate power, clock, reset, and peripheral functionality across operating conditions (voltage, temperature).

Job Description
This position is for a hands-on validation and characterization engineer with solid experience across multiple product iterations. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in DDR5/high-speed memory interfaces and is comfortable working at the bench as well as collaborating closely with design and global validation teams. Experience with buffer chips and server/enterprise memory applications is highly desirable
**Component Bench Characterization**
+ Perform detailed bench characterization of high-speed memory devices using best-known measurement techniques and test methodologies.
+ Apply de-embedding, high-impedance probing, noise mitigation, and signal integrity best practices to resolve complex measurement challenges at increasing data rates.
+ Support Design and Validation teams in the characterization of key electrical and performance parameters.
+ Work collaboratively with Designers and other cross functional teams to debug and optimize performance using open-ended tests not solely driven by specifications.
**Validation Infrastructure Development**
+ Develop new test infrastructure to support effective characterization and validation of high-speed memory interfaces.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**

# Job Summary:
The Lead Field Planner- Bulks is responsible for supporting the Bulk Materials Manager with planning and scheduling for the jobsite; schedule development, maintenance, monitoring and recovery planning; 3-week and 90-day lookaheads; subject schedule development; assimilation of reports and general support activities.
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Develop and coordinate quantity estimates using parameters for all bulk commodities.

As It Material Buyer, you will be responsible for creating POs, ensuring on time, in full deliveries of goods, managing inventory as well as maintaining vendor relationships. - Process purchase requisitions and convert them to purchase orders.
