Validation engineers are said to have a 'break-the-part' mentality. This means they spend some of their time working to identify the use-cases in which the device will stop working as intended and understand the impact and cause of those failures. Sometimes, those are acceptable failures, but others we may need to mitigate for quality, safety, or other reasons. Plus, we want to ensure that our parts are consistently performing to the specifications that we set in our TRM and data sheet, and even to some more conservative limits or as defined in the VVCM (validation/verification compliance matrix).
Candidate should also have knowledge of HDL and be hands-on with Palladium to execute the tests and debug along with having automation mindset. Validation engineers will also design, develop, and implement necessary methods of measuring device performance and troubleshooting any related systems, equipment or device issues that arise. Piping Material Engineer

Summary Section A Piping Material Engineer in the oil and gas sector is tasked with selecting, specifying, and ensuring the quality of piping materials used across exploration, production, refining, and transportation operations. The role guarantees that all materials comply with safety, performance, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
+ Preparation of Piping Material index, Piping Material classes for Process & Utilities.
+ Preparation of Valve datasheets and Piping Specialty items datasheets
+ Writing Technical / Purchase specifications for Bulks, Valves etc.
+ Hands on experience in handling metallic piping like Carbon / Stainless Steel /Duplex / Super Duplex Stainless Steels & Low Alloy Steel and non-metallic piping systems such as GRE, GRP, FRP, HDPE etc.
+ Design calculations like Pipe wall thickness under internal pressures, for full/partial vacuum conditions, Branch Reinforcement Pads, Bends, Spectacle Blinds (Spade/Spacer) etc.
+ Hands on experience in handling metallic piping like Carbon / Stainless Steel /Duplex / Super Duplex Stainless Steels & Low Alloy Steel and non-metallic piping systems such as GRE, GRP, FRP, HDPE etc.
+ Thorough knowledge of International Codes & Standards
+ Preparation of Technical / Material Requisitions for Piping bulks/Valves/Specialties
+ Technical Bid Evaluation involving discussions / clarifications with Vendors
+ Vendor documents & drawings reviews and approval.
+ Expertise in any Material Management tools.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
+ - 4 years related experience, with average experience ranging from 6-10+ years.
+ Good communications skills & coordination with various disciplines, across different centres, vendors etc.

As It Material Buyer, you will be responsible for creating POs, ensuring on time, in full deliveries of goods, managing inventory as well as maintaining vendor relationships. This role will support India. However, you will work cross functionally with team members globally to drive supply chain performance.
Key job responsibilities
- Process purchase requisitions and convert them to purchase orders.
- Own on-time, in-full delivery performance and drive continuous improvement in process efficiency, cost, and quality.
- Partner with deployment, IT, and other supply chain teams at a senior level to align the fulfillment pipeline to facility opening milestones.
- Conduct audits with ordering, receiving, invoicing and accounts payable to ensure accuracy.
- Develop and maintain accurate overview of key department areas such as stock, inventory levels, warehouse capacity, and vendor performance.
- Ensure adequate inventory levels to support internal customer orders.
- Develop strategies to improve current supply chain purchasing/inventory management/delivery processes.
- Perform root-cause analysis in any areas of significant failures (e.g stock-in %, high backlog, overstock inventory, vendor delays) in a timely manner.
- Develop KPI's (Scorecards) to drive improved vendor performance.
- Work closely with Demand Planning to create purchasing plan and make recommendations on strategies and inventory decisions.
- Monitor site inventory levels to ensure that proper stock is maintained to support build, lifecycle and repair activities.
- Update or develop documentation on processes that are critical to success of your function
- Timely circulating delivery / shipment tracker to internal customers
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain related work in a procurement organization experience
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, ORACLE, Coupa) in large organizations
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document

Role Description
The Project Designer at Nirantara Fabrics is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. The role involves supporting design development, preparing drawings and layouts, coordinating project details, and helping convert client requirements into clear design and execution documents.
The Project Designer will work closely with internal teams, clients, architects, interior designers, vendors, and installation teams to make sure the design intent is properly understood and executed. Responsibilities include reviewing site measurements, preparing layouts, supporting fabric and material selections, creating basic presentations, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with project coordination and follow-ups.
The candidate may also support social media work when required, such as helping with project photos, design content, basic captions, visual references, and presentation of completed work.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Textile Design, or a related field is beneficial but not compulsory.
- Practical knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar architectural/design tools is required.
- Familiarity with AI tools for design, visualization, presentations, or workflow support is preferred.
- Basic understanding of interiors, materials, measurements, and drawings is preferred.
