About IIM Udaipur Incubation Centre
IIM Udaipur Incubation Centre is a Technology Business Incubator that fosters innovation and entrepreneurship. Supported by IIM Udaipur and the National Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB) under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, the center is committed to nurturing entrepreneurship at the grass-root level. With a strong focus on micro-enterprises and community-led businesses, we are starting a project aimed at improving the livelihood of rural and tribal communities through business acceleration and capacity building.
We are hiring Project Managers (multiple openings) for the implementation and delivery of this project in Rajasthan. This is a 1-year contract which would be renewed upon successful completion of the term.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Entrepreneurship and Livelihood Development Program in compliance with program guidelines
- Identify and onboard tribal enterprises for awareness, incubation, and acceleration programs
- Drive program planning, execution, monitoring, and timely delivery of project milestones
- Provide handholding support to tribal enterprises throughout the program
- Support beneficiaries in accessing government schemes, grants, and financial assistance
- Build partnerships with mentors, trainers, financial institutions to deliver high-quality entrepreneurial support
- Coordinating with government stakeholders and managing relationships with funding agencies
- Facilitate access to government schemes, grants, and financial support for tribal enterprises
- Monitor project KPIs, maintain MIS dashboards, prepare reports and documentation
- Lead the execution of demo days, buyer-seller meets, exhibitions, and the National Conclave
- Identify partnership and growth opportunities to strengthen tribal enterprises
- Facilitate market linkages through exhibitions, buyer connects, and e-commerce platforms
Additional requirements
- Ability to communicate in the local languages of Rajasthan (Rajasthani and Hindi)
- At least 2 year experience in social work and passion for driving impact and positive change
- Expertise in rural program management and ability to organize, execute, and complete projects effectively
- Strong network with not-for-profit institutions, Foundations, CSRs and government bodies
- Experience in coordinating with government stakeholders and managing relationships with funding agencies
- Willing to relocate to Rajasthan and frequently travel as part of this project

- Proven experience in handling employment investigations, litigation, and policy development.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
