    • Undertake floor walks in hostels (along with Wellness Champions) to build visibility, accessibility, and trust with students.

    • Collaborate with the team to run awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns across campus.


    You Should Apply If You:

    • Hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology (mandatory).
    • Have (1 - 8 years) experience (or strong interest) in working with youth/academic mental health.
    • Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with students in an empathetic, approachable way.
    • Are comfortable with flexible working hours, including night shifts.
    • Are fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of Bengali is a plus!).
    • Willing to stay on campus
