**Job Summary**
Compiling analysis and preparation of deliverables to contribute to the completion of multiple engagement phases of a project. Demonstrate capabilities with moderate to high level of supervision, depending on complexity and scope of the project.

+ Must have - Masters in Environmental Sciences
+ Preferrable Secondary qualifications in related field PG Diploma in Social Science/Sociology or Environmental Law
+ 4-7 years' experience in environmental & permitting roles for power and oil & gas.
+ Excellent English speaking and report writing skills, ability to work with multi-cultural teams across different time zones and in a virtual setting
+ Good communication skills and personal presence for client interactions
+ Willingness to travel and multi-task to meet tight timelines while working independently with minimal supervision
**Minimum Qualifications**

**This role is for the KYC EDD Analyst III as part of the operations function in the Compliance team, reporting to the Team Manager Compliance operations. In this role, Compliance EDD Analyst - III will be responsible to manage the speciality case work streams. In this role, candidates will be expected to work on the high net worth individual cases and deal with executive escalations for such customers. Through the investigation into the KYC documents, candidates will be expected to safeguard the customer experience by satisfying the compliance regulatory requirements. Additionally, candidates will have certain metrics to achieve as a part of business operations. Onboarding retail customers with adherence to Coinbase's AML program, BSA/AML, KYC, and EDD policies, procedures and standards appropriate for each jurisdiction in which Coinbase operates. You will serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point within the KYC EDD team and the broader AML team and manage client onboarding and remediations. About the position:
The ENGINE waste specialist coordinates and oversees waste management activities across Chevron's operations, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and providing guidance on waste characterization, storage, transportation, recycling, and disposal. Responsibilities include developing waste management strategies, delivering training, forecasting waste quantities and costs, negotiating contracts, and managing hazardous waste facilities. Additionally, the position involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance resource recovery, ensure contractor compliance, and support Chevron's Operational Excellence objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee waste management activities and resources across Chevron's operations, including providing instructions to BU regarding temporary storage, labeling, manifesting, on- and off-site transportation, recycling, re-use and disposal
- Characterize and profile wastes, including providing instructions for sampling for laboratory analysis, interpretation and management of analytical data, and identification of recycling/disposal alternatives
- Review and implement environmental regulations and requirements related to waste management and disposal, and advise on compliance strategies and plans
- Support Chevron's Operational Excellence (OE) objectives by participating in implementation of Corporate and DS&C OE Processes, Environmental Risk Management Process (ERMP), and Third-Party Waste Stewardship (TWS) standard and site visits
- Develop and deliver waste training to workforce and contractors, and share best practices and lessons learned
- Review regulatory and corporate waste reporting.
- Forecast waste quantities and costs associated with refinery operating unit planned turnarounds and catalyst changes, and develop annual budget forecasts for waste management activities
- Work with the Contracts group to negotiate contracts for necessary waste management services, and review and approve contractor invoices and timesheets
- Provide work direction and guidance to contract technicians, drivers, supervisors, and site evaluators daily, and ensure contractor safety, compliance, and effectiveness
- Manage RCRA-permitted Hazardous Waste Treatment and Storage Facility (HWTSF), and ensure proper inspections, recordkeeping, permitting, and contingency planning
- Provide technical consultation and expertise on waste management issues, regulatory advocacy, and opportunities to reduce waste footprint and enhance resource recovery
- Partner and collaborate with other groups in the enterprise, such as operations, facility engineering, wells, projects, supply chain, legal, and with external stakeholders, such as waste disposal facilities, contractors, laboratories, transporters, consultants, industry organizations, and regulatory agencies
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in permitted hazardous waste facilities, and ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements
- Proficiency in waste characterization, profiling, and recycling/disposal alternatives
- A bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in waste management, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- A thorough knowledge of environmental regulations and standards related to waste management and disposal. Additional certifications may be required for state compliance.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Up to 20% travel is required for completion of offsite TWS evaluations.

The Manager, Projects & Design - South Asia reports to the Senior Director, Projects & Design - South Asia and is responsible for managing project stakeholders, timelines, design processes, and the successful opening/conversion/renovation of hotel projects. As the point of contact between Owners and internal and external partners, you are a conduit of information, collaborator, and facilitator between Hilton and Ownership.
You will cover the South Asia region and be responsible for focus-service, full-service, and lifestyle projects across all Hilton brands.

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
Project Management
+ Providing technical services and guiding all elements of the planning and design phase of the project.
+ Support the Owner's project timelines and construction progress to ensure a seamless hotel handover.
+ Providing stewardship for the implementation of brand standards and any recommendations for meeting brand standards.
+ Overseeing construction activities.
+ Reporting to Owners, Stakeholders, and the Senior Director on findings, key dates, solving project risks that will affect the hotel's success and opening, and conditional and final approvals.
+ Improving the final product and preparation of waiver requests.
+ Assisting in the solving of design problems as they arise in collaboration with Owners, Architects, Consultants, and Hilton Stakeholders.
+ Implement effective and efficient strategies to best suit the organization.
+ Plan meetings, agendas, site visits, and program deliverables optimally engaging/disengaging all parties promptly, allowing for accurate preparation and planning for the attendees.
+ Plan meetings and travel in consideration of other Stakeholders and attendees' travel times and travel expense agreements for several trips.
Design Management & Development Assistance
+ Provide Design Direction, Review and Approval of architectural planning, interior design, FF&E, art & accessories, landscape design, graphics and wayfinding designs to ensure they meet the Brand Design Narrative, Brand standards and Brand equity, under the direction of the Senior Director / Director
+ Support Project Assessment, including Project Improvement Plan (PIP) inspections/reports to the Development team before application to facilitate project approval, under the direction of the Senior Director/ Director
+ Contribute to country-specific addenda to global Brand standards for all Hilton brands
