Prime Video & Studios Core Tech is seeking a skilled Live Ops Support Engineer to drive technical excellence and ensure seamless operational support for our critical systems. You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the reliability of our core technology infrastructure.
Key job responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support for Prime Video's core technology systems
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Develop and maintain support scripts and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures

Participate in agile team meetings and sprint planning
Create and update technical documentation

Basic Qualifications
- * 4+ years IT support operations experience with a minimum of 1 year in a Level-2 role, ticket creation and escalation, including incident management and metrics reporting
- * Experience supporting microservices architecture
- * Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues. You're a natural problem solver!
- * Demonstrated skill and passion for operational excellence, efficiency, and process improvement
- * Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, and experience writing process and training documentation and technical papers
- * Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to multi-task
- * Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
Preferred Qualifications
- * Experience providing technical support for streaming video delivery pipelines and OTT consumer devices
- * Understanding of video encoding and transcoding technologies
- * Fundamental knowledge of AWS technologies and networking concepts
- * Experience with on-site, live video production or master control facility
- * Experience in a technical customer support role
- * Experience in a technical QA role
- * Experience working in live sports
- * Experience with software development or scripting in common languages like JavaScript/React/Typescript or Python.

Our Team is looking for an experienced professional to define and push forward our music programming strategy for India. The Music Curator for Amazon Music will support driving customer engagement through the creation and maintenance of playlists, stations and related curatorial tasks crucial to the quality of the Amazon Music customer experience.
This Music Curator will set a path towards iteration and improvement by learning about our customers and their behaviour through the collection and analysis of data, working closely with the Content, Marketing, and Industry Relations teams on customer and partner-facing initiatives. The Music Curator will also work with Product and Engineering teams to assure that customer experiences are best-in-class.
Key job responsibilities
1. Develop, manage, and maintain high-quality contextual music programming for relevant audiences.
2. Stay ahead of emerging trends, artists, and viral content, demonstrate expertise in popular music genres and implement quick, innovative programming responses.
3. Showcase deep knowledge of Indian music across various languages and genres, including regional trends and cultural nuances.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with social media, branding, label relations, and merchandising teams to effectively promote and distribute content.
5. Utilize data analytics to continuously refine and optimize content offerings, ensuring a fresh and engaging user experience.
6. Collaborate with global teams to promote Indian music internationally and engage with curation teams worldwide to share expertise and foster mutual learning.
7. Drive improvements in tools and techniques to support an expanding curated music offering, including task automation to enhance operational efficiency.
8. Cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders in the music industry, liaising with Artist & Label Relations teams to identify and feature priority artists and music.
9. Implement and manage a continuous content improvement process to ensure ongoing relevance and quality.
10. Conduct regular sessions to enhance the team's understanding of popular culture, sharing best practices, trends, and insights.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2+ year experience. - Expertise of the Indian music scene across new music and catalog. - Proven success in delivering results in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment. - Project management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
