**Responsibilities**:

- Perform repairs and replacements of defective components, such as capacitors, resistors, integrated circuits, and power supplies.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to conduct precise testing and calibration of TV units.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in TV technology and incorporate new repair techniques and strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating repair options and estimated timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and work performed in our tracking system.

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with electronic equipment and tools.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a TV Technician, with a proven track record of successful TV repairs.
- Comprehensive understanding of television technology, electronic components, and circuitry.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, soldering equipment, and other specialized tools for TV repair.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and explain repair procedures clearly.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to adapt to evolving TV technologies and stay updated on industry trends.
- Strong commitment to safety practices when handling electronic equipment.
