You will be part of a team handling bp’s learning technology ecosystem, which includes our Learning Management System (LMS), Learning Experience Platform (LXP), Learning Content Management System (LCMS) and learning evaluation, operations and reporting solutions. You'll need deep expertise in at least one area, and you'll also have the chance to perform across the entire system, allowing you to develop both specialized and broad skills.
The Solutions Lead (SL) Learning is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing learning solutions to drive organizational capability and performance. This role will lead the strategic planning and delivery of learning technologies, solutions and tools that support the professional development of employees and develop a culture of continuous learning.
What you will do: Learning Technology Strategy Development:Working closely with the Global Solution Owner, this role should help to shape the development of learning technology strategies that align with business objectives and workforce development needs
Apply data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning technology initiatives to help to continuously refine learning strategies
Drive the end-to-end implementation of innovative learning solutions, including digital learning platforms, e-learning, virtual and in-person training sessions
Managing a prioritised backlog of changes, covering maintenance, fixes (non-urgent) and improvements, with a focus on implementation of ongoing activities, whilst ensuring that learning solutions are accessible, scalable, and adaptable to changing business needs
Planning and implementing substantial aspects of change projects, including acting as product owner, delivering through others, delivering to time, cost and quality, managing risks – organize and implement projects, under limited supervision, by facilitating design sessions, leading configuration, coordinating testing, and performing cutover
Truly understanding the business requirements and working to resolve problems within your area, challenging the status quo and making proposals to deliver against objectives – actively elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements through requirements workshops, interviews or meeting sessions with Project Sponsors, SMEs and other Collaborators to give the resolution of technical, process, and business issues related to your part of the PC&C solution
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and business needs, for example data privacy and digital security requirements or supporting the business with learning related license to operate requirements
Working within guidelines and professional standards, research and resolve process and technical problems, unexpected results or process flaws and recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend new tools and platforms
Supporting BP to be a thought-leader in the relevant technology space through ongoing external networking and Learning technology landscape analysis
Building external relations including the management of key bp technology vendors
Develop positive working relationships with numerous bp stakeholders – with the relevant centre(s) of expertise, integrators, services teams, within the solutions teams, and with teams outside PC&C such as colleagues in Technology
Build strong relationships with collaborators to understand their needs and ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business objectives
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations on learning strategies that support organizational growth and innovation
Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the functional and technical impacts of configuration and other decisions to stakeholder groups
Develop an innovative, and inclusive team culture that encourages continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Through measurement and reporting, identify trends and opportunities that could help to improve learning technology initiatives
Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to communicate the effectiveness of the learning ecosystem
Find opportunities to optimize costs while maintaining high-quality learning outcomes
Degree or professional qualification in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in learning technology, business analysis, process development / documentation and experience of relevant configuration and / or process support
Project Management: Background in handling complex projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation
Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to work with various stakeholders, including senior management, to align learning solutions with business objectives
Technology Integration: Functional and technical knowledge of learning technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMSs), Learning Experience Platforms (LXPs) and other educational technologies. Experience of Cornerstone or Degreed, or equivalent technologies in a global enterprise organization, is needed.

**The Framework: Black Belt Academy**
The Cisco Black Belt Academy is a simplified & uniform education framework that cuts across all Cisco architectures and latest solutions that helps Cisco Partners become proficient in selling, deploying, supporting and adopting Cisco's latest technologies and software solutions.
Black Belt Academy has seen great adoption across the globe due to its unique persona-based enablement approach aimed towards training individuals inside our Cisco Partners and Distributor playing different roles (Engineering, Sales, Marketeer, CX etc.), according to their role requirements and interests, along with Return on Education metrics for both Partners as well as Cisco.
**Collaboration Content BOA: Role Brief**
A Content BDM is responsible for Global end to end ownership of Architecture and Technology under the Black Belt Academy. The BDM will be accountable to align, capture and create the relevant content to go into the role-based learning maps enabling Partners to deliver a perfect Pitch to the customer whilst understanding on how to deploy and support the solution effectively. Also responsible to work with the key Cisco Solution Plus, Strategic, ISV and Cloud partners to deliver their joint solutions and technology Training to Cisco's Partners, Distributors and Sales Staff.
In addition, the BDM will be responsible for monitoring the usage of the educational framework by Cisco Partners and increase traction and adoption as much as possible
**Roles & Responsibilities in Detail:**
+ Collate, Curate and design the training and education curriculum for the entire Architecture Portfolio includingall technologies and sub-technologies within that specific Architecture - On-prem, UCCX, UCCE, Webex, Webex Contact Center, Webex Contact center enterprise, Cloud Calling, Cisco Collaboration Devices et all.
+ Identify content from all available internal/ external sources and make available to Partners wherever relevant.
+ Work with the relevant stakeholders to build and maintain the Collaboration learnings on the Cisco Black Belt Academy.
+ Create/ Evaluate Quiz
+ Working with the BU and relevant Architecture stake holders in each GEO, Partner org and the GPO team to drive the Architecture Curriculum on the Black Belt Partner Academy.
+ Monitoring Usage of the content by Partners and aligning Global trainings/ events to adopt increase in traction.
+ Validate content and engagement strategies with all relevant stakeholders whilst driving adoption.
+ Develop assessment criteria for successful certification and deal with partner queries wherever required.
+ Align demos & labs within these learnings to offer efficient hands-on to the cisco partners.
+ Make learning interesting & engaging wherever possible.
+ Keep the content refreshed/ updated/ maintained and launch new learning when and wherever necessary prioritizing partner growth, market trends and interest.
+ Drive Adoption of Black Belt curriculum via GEO Communities and presenting the platform Globally at several platforms to increase traction.
+ Drive alignment between Virtual and Physical training events in each Geo to track end to end education and partner capabilities.
+ Communicate with Aspirants/ Validation Engineers regarding rejection of submissions or results of screening.
+ Maintain a list of Evaluation Best Practices and Learnings
+ Host and deliver quarterly Architecture updates to the relevant Geo participants and Cisco Stakeholders.
+ Vet and validate Black Belt aligned content that is hosted by Cisco and Learning partners.
+ Building Partner and GEO Communities around education and drive Return on Education (ROE) Metrics.
+ Forecast future/ market trends and orient strategies to capture maximum benefits.
**Desired technical and interpersonal skills include, but are not limited to:**
1. IT graduate with hands on experience in Cisco technologies
2. CCNA and/or CCNP certifications (preferred)
3. Strong communication skills
4. 4+ years of related experience in training and enablement
5. Very Good understanding on Cisco Architectures and Solutions
6. Experience in Partner ecosystem (preferred)
7. Programmability Focus and skillset (preferred)
8. Understanding of Cisco Cloud strategy

**Preferred skills and requirements**
1. 8+ Years of experience on one or more Cisco Architecture with focus on Collaboration.
1. Understanding and hands on experience preferred in the detailed sub technologies for Cisco Collaboration viz On-prem, UCCX, UCCE, Webex, Webex Contact Center, Webex Contact center enterprise, Cloud Calling, Cisco Collaboration Devices et all.
2. Ability to keep up with the industry transitions & well versed with the priorities of today viz Cloud & AI.
3. Ability to handle complex tasks and exceed client expectations.
4. Ability to understand and capture technical as well as business requirements.
5. Self-starter with excellent Presentation skills and consultative skills.
6. Strong Analytical, Communication both written and verbal - Business writing skills, Interpersonal and Organizational Skills with good "people skills" to match.
7. Expertise in working in fast-paced, high-tech environments requiring skills in scheduling, management, team leading, resource coordination and team building.

Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday (for non-exempt employees), plus a day off for their birthday. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
In this essential role, you will be serving as Amgen's Digital Asset Management (DAM) librarian. As a cross-functional position, you will collaborate closely with Regulatory Operations, engage with marketing teams as well as creative agencies to drive key commercial objectives. The day-to-day duties of this role will involve the quality checks of various promotional creative files, perform art buying services for Amgen's marketing teams, and engaging creative agencies to coordinate the collection of core digital assets. A strong proficiency in graphic design and video editing software-such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, and After Effects-is critical for success in this role. Additionally, experience with Veeva PromoMats is essential.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
+ Evaluate creative file submissions and system metadata of marketing materials, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with licensing requirements.
+ Collaborate with creative agencies and marketing teams to oversee the renegotiation, renewal and collection of usage rights for marketing materials.
+ Leverage company subscriptions to provide art procurement services in support of Amgen's marketing initiatives.
+ Retrieve, validate, and distribute digital asset packages to agencies and marketing teams, utilizing Amgen's various data repositories.
+ Facilitate and participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure adherence to Digital Asset Management (DAM) timelines and processes.
+ Maintain and manage records in Veeva and SharePoint; prior experience with SharePoint and Veeva Business Admin certification preferred.
+ Led and facilitate Webex/MS Teams meetings, including agenda preparation and accurate documentation of meeting minutes.
+ Create infographics and presentation materials; perform technical editing and proofreading of process documentation.
**Required Knowledge and Skills:**
+ Fluent with Veeva PromoMats and RIM.
+ Proficiency in Veeva digital asset management (DAM) systems and experience handling various file types, metadata, licensing agreements, and usage rights.
+ Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Premier Pro, After Effects, as well as other design tools.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Visio, Excel (with pivot tables), and Word.
