The Instructional Designer will support the design, development, and implementation of effective learning
solutions to address organizational needs. This role involves creating innovative learning experiences,
collaborating with team members and subject matter experts, and contributing to the success of training
programs across various formats. The Instructional Designer will have a foundational understanding of
instructional design principles and be eager to grow and refine their skills.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess learning needs and developeffective solutions.
+ Design and develop instructional materials for various modalities, including instructor-led training(ILT), eLearning, blended learning, and virtual simulations.
+ Create course content, including lesson plans, assessments, activities, and assignments.
+ Develop visual representations of learning solutions, such as storyboards, wireframes, and mock-ups.
+ Redesign existing training materials to improve engagement and effectiveness.
+ Research topics for course development and curate relevant content for learning programs.
+ Create job aids, participant guides, facilitator guides, and other supporting materials for trainingsessions.
+ Design or redesign course materials for ILT, including visuals, role-plays, and training activity materials.
+ Build computer-based training (CBT) modules and interactive learning content using eLearning tools.
+ Stay updated on best practices in instructional design, learning technologies, and adult learningprinciples
+ All other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree required. Masters degree preferred in HR, Organizational Development or similar.
+ 2-4 years of experience in instructional design, learning, and development.
+ Familiarity with instructional design models like ADDIE or SAM.
+ Knowledge of eLearning development tools and technologies (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate, orsimilar).
+ Basic understanding of adult learning principles and cognitive approaches to learning.
+ Strong skills in MS Office and graphic design tools.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ A creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.
+ Preferred Skills:
+ Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design **detailed, infographic-based storyboards** that align with defined learning objectives.

- Provide **audio/video editing support** for urgent or time-sensitive content development needs.
- Design interactive Storyline modules by structuring content into segments and incorporating engaging elements to maximize learner engagement and knowledge retention.
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to optimize learning workflows and enhance team productivity.
**Quality Assurance & Content Optimization**
- Conduct thorough editorial quality reviews, ensuring grammatical accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all training deliverables.

**Technical & Interactive Learning Solutions** :
- Configure and test lab templates and technical guides, applying editorial and visual enhancements such as screenshots, layouts, and formatting.

**Continuous Improvement & Innovation:**
- Contribute to the improvement of design templates, content standards, and best practices to enhance the impact and adoption of learning materials.

- Stay up to date with L&D trends, digital learning technologies, and UX innovations.
