**What does a successful SDETs do at Fiserv ?**
The Testing Center of Excellence provides quality assurance services to our clients across our Business Units, their corresponding Technology organization and directly to our end-customers.
Our primary testing coverage includes functional and regression testing of our Compass products. Additional responsibilities include; automation of initial manual scripting, performance testing, testing tools support and reporting of test metrics. We leverage leading technologies and processes to achieve comprehensive test coverage and release level reporting. Our products range from internal-facing as well as end consumer facing or business-oriented applications.
**What you will do:**
+ Work as a part of a scrum team along with server engineers, frontend developers and Product managers. Take part in different agile ceremonies.
+ Analyse and understand requirements.
+ Create and evaluate test cases for accuracy and applicability for products under test.
+ Find bugs and validate specifications through black box testing techniques (like testmatrices, combination testing, and risk analysis) and gray-box testing techniques (like database querying and source code analysis).
+ Provide updates to Managers and other stakeholders with the status of testing.
+ Automate test cases using appropriate tools and technologies.
+ Test system performance when applicable.
+ Support Production deployment and Bug triage
**What you will need to have:**
+ Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a QA with minimum 3+ years of experience in automated testing.
+ Good understanding of Software Test Lifecycle including Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Case Design, Test Data Setup, Defect Management and Test Log, Test results, Test Traceability Matrix and Test Metrics Screening and validation of application through database and system logs.
+ Technical Skillset required -
+ Very good understanding of Acquirer Payment processing, Clearing and settlement processes, Payment Gateways, ISO 8583.
+ Strong Knowledge on Karate Framework, Selenium, TestNG / Junit, Maven, Java.
+ Strong knowledge of Postman, MS SQL.
+ Strong knowledge of Agile processes & tools associated with it, such as - JIRA.
+ Strong knowledge on API processing and validations.
+ Version controlling tools like GitLab
+ Need to have good debugging and problem-solving skills.
+ Should have good understanding of Framework and able to understand complex Architectural aspects.

+ Require minimal supervision, is a fast learner and a team player
+ Understanding of application interfaces, xml, security etc,
+ Must have good written and verbal communication skills.

About the position:
The Technical Writer is part of the Information Management team and plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between potentially complex technical information and the end users who need to understand and use it. They are responsible for creating clear and concise documentation such as production, maintenance and laboratory procedures, safety procedures, equipment manuals, and training materials. Their expertise lies in translating potentially intricate technical concepts into accessible language, ensuring that all content is accurate, up-to-date. Collaborating closely with engineers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders, Technical Writers ensure the integrity of the documentation, which is critical for the safe and efficient operation of LNG facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and maintenance of all facility production, maintenance and laboratory Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Process & Equipment Manuals, as well as HSE and Process Safety Manuals and Reports
+ Generate materials with input from SMEs and ensure that all documents are developed for their intended audience
+ Research engineering documentation, diagrams, corporate standards, and other regulations and standards to ensure sufficient compliance
+ Ensure that impact from MOCs, HAZOPs and other ABU processes are adequately captured and reflected in all affected documents
+ Ensure technical documents adhere to industry standards including Human and Organization Performance (HOP) principles
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree (B.E./B. Tech) in relevant engineering discipline (mechanical, process, etc.) from a recognized (AICTE) university or trade/craft background
+ High level of skill using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint, as well as Adobe Professional
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of relevant experience providing technical writing support and for a Complex Processing Facility (CPF) operating environment such as a Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) Facility, Refinery or Chemicals facility
+ Operations experience and broad knowledge of overall processes and equipment utilized. Experience as operations representative or operations support on capital projects or unit shutdowns
Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, supporting business requirements across the world. Accordingly, the work hours for employees will be aligned to support business requirements. The standard work week will be Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm or 1.30pm to 10.30pm.

**Job Title - PS Quality Assurance Specialist**
**What You'll Do:**
+ Quality and Process Assurance for services provided by Portfolio Services Team.
+ Develop Quality Assurance Specialist role by close collaboration with Portfolio Services Teams.
+ Add value and support PS leadership in identifying opportunities for improving quality of business processes and flagging areas of risk. Provide support and regular update of risks in Global BSO Risk & Incident Register.
+ Trusted advisor for PS Leadership on internal controls objectives and SOC/ISAE3402 requirements. Control environment monitoring.
+ Performing regular quality reviews of the operations performed on PS Accounts in accordance with applicable standards. Ensuring that audit procedures that are in place allow for all major risks to be identified and mitigated within the key business processes.
+ Coordination of regular meetings to discuss results of internal testings and agree Portfolio Services corrective/preventive actions.
+ Coordination of regular User Access Reviews as part of the Logical Access monitoring.
+ Periodic tests on quality of the data within systems used among Portfolio Services Business Line.
+ Coordination of training sessions dedicated to PS in order to continuously increase PS Team Members' awareness in regards to BSO Audit & Compliance areas of expertise.
+ Continuous improvement and service excellence in the area of Lease Administration and Rent Management within Portfolio Services to increase the business processes effectiveness.
+ Portfolio Services performance measurement and analysis - review of SLAs, KPI and service delivery monitoring.
**What You'll Need:**
+ Fluent English
+ Very good Excel skills
+ Experienced in internal controls testing
+ Experienced with Access Management/User Access Reviews, or experienced with Lease Administration
+ High analytical skills
+ Experience with SOC1/ISAE 3402 (optional)
