Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition:- Source and recruit qualified doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff using a variety of platforms and strategies (job portals, networking, campus hiring, social media, referrals).
- Collaborate with department heads and clinical leads to understand hiring needs, job roles, and specifications.
