The Workforce Staffing (WFS) Team is looking for a Staffing Manager. In this multi-purpose leadership role; you will own both engagement and optimization for a defined geography. The Staffing Manager will focus in three key areas:
1) Owning the strategic development and delivery of community engagement plans
2) Executing labor demand plans for multiple sites across the node

4) development of relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to build long term partnerships.

Key job responsibilities
· Partners with local Site Leadership teams to include but not limited to Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and associated workflow teams to optimize labor requirements
· Forecast labor demand plans and create scalable staffing strategies to build infrastructure and ensure team resource capabilities meet business demand
· Evolve and implement labor acquisition strategies inclusive of employee class recommendations, labor pool utilization, talent pool conversion and other channel resources across different Amazon businesses
· Manage and own cost per hire budgets through oversight of labor acquisition, advertising and other talent acquisition costs within the cluster
· Manage and build strategies to optimize candidate cycle time, conversion rates and applicant funnel metrics to benchmark
· Exceed associate experience service levels and KPI's measured by hiring activity results and defect reduction
· Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of Workforce Staffing performance via Key Performance Indicators
· Evolve and implement strategies based on consistently changing needs of the business by tracking hiring event schedules and forecasted attendance rates
· Leads and drives projects, of increasing scale and complexity, and manages programs through completion
· Sets KPI's benchmarks, metrics, and understands how to prioritize to meet and exceed all business SLAs
Must be able to travel as needed to conduct events in various locations within your designated cluster or assigned geographical area.

The role holder will solve complex hiring-related problems for INOPS. They will manage key program priorities for the India WFS team while collaborating closely with multiple functions. Additionally, they will be responsible for delivering hiring requirements across assigned sites. They will partner with key stakeholders including Operations, Learning, HRBPs, and external manpower agency partners to ensure successful outcomes.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take end-to-end ownership of the hiring process across multiple functions. You’ll partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, build effective sourcing strategies, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment where every hire contributes directly to our company’s growth and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and role expectations.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies through multiple channels (job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals).
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from job posting and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
- Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the People & Culture team.
- Analyze hiring metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proven experience in end-to-end hiring, preferably in creative, tech, or start-up environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS, etc.).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver within deadlines.
- Passion for building teams and creating meaningful candidate experiences.
