As part of the Castrol global supply chain transformation team you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the Castrol strategy and key transformation programs deployment. As a Supply Chain Performance Analyst with a focus on Transformation Delivery, you will be instrumental in crafting our future success. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).

+ Generate detailed reports, analyze causes of production shortfalls, and develop systems, procedures, and processes to meet targets.
+ Escalate critical issues within and outside the plant to ensure timely resolution and achievement of results.
+ Conduct daily and weekly reviews of Master Production Schedule (MPS), material availability, and production completion status.
+ Monitor and resolve exception messages promptly to maintain smooth production flow.
+ Define and stabilize procedures for material ordering, order acknowledgment, tracking of in-transit materials, and timely arrival
+ Conduct weekly meetings with Purchasing to review and ensure material availability.
+ Distribute weekly inventory reports to all MRP controllers, collaborating to set inventory levels for the upcoming three months.
+ Monitor inventory on hand and maintain inventory turnover rates in line with organizational targets.
+ Drive development of parts and suppliers within expected timelines, ensuring quick turnaround times for New Product Development (NPD) projects.

**Timeline**
TE Connectivity recruits on campus between September and March for New Grad (FT), Rotational, Internship and Co-op positions beginning in May.
