JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for inventory monitor, control & distribution of Milk & Milk Products against the indent within the schedule and ensure to minimize damages/leakages.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Inventory Management & Control.
- Coordination with S&D for timely receipt of indent as per SOP / Simultaneous coordination with production team.
- Crate management – Daily monitoring of crates / dispatch & receipt of crates
- Management of dispatch clerks at dock
- Preparation of Invoice, Goods Receipt Notes & Stocks Transfers Notes. Ensuring proper invoice of each distributor. In case of change in demand / invoice to match with shipped indent.
- Logistics Management / Transport cost reduction at per Heritage norms.
- Control & Minimize the Leakages or damages.
- Timely arrival and dispatch of delivery vehicles as per agreed timelines.
