Role Overview

We’re hiring an experienced Email Delivery Manager to take ownership of our global cold outreach and campaign infrastructure. You’ll combine technical expertise with a strategic mindset to manage cold email systems, list segmentation, CRM workflows, and deliverability performance at scale. You must be highly proficient in building systems, not just executing tasks, and driven by measurable revenue outcomes, not vanity metrics.

Key Responsibilities: Email Infrastructure Management
  • Own and configure all email infrastructure settings including SPF DKIM DMARC , reverse DNS, dedicated IPs, and SMTP relays.
  • Maintain sender reputation across multiple domains and IPs, monitoring via Google Postmaster Tools, Postmark, and MXToolbox.
  • Set up and manage warming tools and inbox placement testing.
Cold Outreach & Deliverability
  • Run multi-sequence campaigns using cold outreach tools such as ReachInbox Instantly Smartlead , or similar.
  • Execute and optimise high-volume outbound campaigns (1M+ emails/month) across multi-country multi-language segments.
  • Ensure compliance with cold email laws (e.g. GDPR for B2B outreach, CAN-SPAM) and inbox placement best practices.
CRM & Workflow Automation
  • Set up lead lifecycle workflows inside HubSpot or similar CRMs, linking inbound and outbound campaigns.
  • Integrate platforms using native tools or APIs/Zapier to ensure seamless data flows between marketing, sales, and reporting systems.
List Hygiene & Segmentation
  • Develop audience segmentation models based on engagement, behaviour, and job function.
  • Maintain strict list hygiene protocols: bounce/suppression management, engagement filters, opt-in tracking, and sunset policies.
  • Implement suppression strategies for avoiding spam traps and re-engagement automation for cold segments.
Reporting, Revenue Alignment & Strategy
  • Track performance metrics (open, click, reply, conversion, unsubscribe, bounce) — with a focus on revenue attribution , not just engagement.
  • Align outreach strategies with pipeline KPIs: job post submissions, client demos, or revenue-generating actions.
  • Deliver weekly reports and suggest tactical experiments to improve ROI.
System Architecture & Experimentation
  • Build cold outreach systems from scratch — you know how to structure a full-stack delivery ecosystem, not just send emails.
  • Stay on top of trends and tools in the deliverability and outbound ecosystem, and run structured A/B tests to improve performance.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years hands-on experience managing email infrastructure and deliverability in a high-volume environment (preferably B2B).
  • Demonstrated experience with cold outreach tools (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, Mailshake, Lemlist).
  • Deep understanding of DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), SMTPs , inbox placement, and IP warming.
  • Proven ability to run multi-country campaigns and manage language/localisation challenges .
  • Solid background in CRM and marketing automation , especially HubSpot.
  • Fluency in list strategy , suppression list use, and hygiene automation.
  • Strong analytical mindset: focused on performance tied to sales outcomes , not just opens/clicks.
  • Comfortable building scalable systems, not just executing someone else’s.
Preferred:
  • Experience integrating email workflows with tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or Close.com.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, lead gen, or recruitment tech markets.
  • Experience managing multi-brand/domain campaigns concurrently.

Key Responsibilities 

Interpret existing Object-Perl code covering subroutines, file handling, OOPS concepts etc

Reverse engineer complex PERL code & convert it into business requirements/specifications in DMN (Decision Modeling notation) that is technically sound, performant, scalable, and readable.

Test & debug implemented DMN files

Debug Perl code

Create & debug Java methods

Act as the subject matter expert for your area of assignment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Rules Zone to define project scope, complete the deliverables and to ensure that products meet customer requirements 

Typical Qualifications 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Strong technical knowledge & 4-8 years of solid experience in software development

Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools, such as JIRA

Proficiency in programming languages such as Perl, Java

Experience in decision modelling tools(DMN) covering complex DMN implementation with Business & technical attributes, BKMs, Feel Operators, Decision tables, handling iterations etc

As a Director Digital Product, you will drive the strategy for the Advocate Experience within the Consumer Product Office of UHC, focused on developing experience initiatives to enable the conversational experience by ensuring our people can respond and reach out in the appropriate channel (voice, chat, email, etc.) to communicate to those we serve to drive quality interactions. This Product Manager will leverage insights and analytics to develop a solid understanding of consumer and employee behavior, while partnering with the business to define key aspects of the omni-channel journey. The role involves partnering with a cross-functional team throughout the process - starting with problem identification and following through to implementation and measurement to develop high-value, modern, intuitive, and cross-channel experiences that speak our consumers' language and empower our Advocates. The individual in this role will be expected to use product and agile methodologies to transform healthcare experiences at speed and scale which ultimately, drive clear benefits for healthy consumer outcomes, better plan utilization, and increase financial savings, retention, and satisfaction.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Strategy: Establish long-term strategic direction for the Contact Center product across multiple consumer experiences or journeys. Consult on and influence priority-driven decisions based on consumer insights and business needs. Support intake and initial assessment of ideas from business partners using OKRs to drive prioritization
+ Planning: Define the customer outcomes, business impacts, and roadmaps within an experience. Proactively identify new customer needs and define the features that will solve them. Build and manage the product backlog for optimal value, making trade-offs as needed based on product vision, team capacity, desired business outcomes, stakeholder needs and added information to develop sprint plans
+ Use Data to Drive Outcomes: Deliver viable ideas or learn fast and pivot by understanding pain points and experience analytics. Leverages consumer, operations, and clinical data plus feedback/behavior to drive business outcomes. Use data to drive continual experiential improvement
+ Delivery: Manage product, experience, lifecycle from conception to release. Work with agile teams to iterate and build; focusing on prioritizing the business value from different pieces of the work to improve speed to market for those features that will drive the most value to the company. Partners with implementation teams to roll out MLPs and drive release strategies
+ Results & Metrics: Define, track and monitor Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Ensure correct data and tools are employed to measure the experience at all levels. Use data to measure and ensure realization of benefits tied to capability enhancements

+ Extensive Experience with EZOPS Reconciliation Product ARO (Must have): Prefer experience with 6.x, 7.x 8.x, 9.x versions. Must be a strong developer on this low code platform and should be able to effectively design and implement effective structures with a quick turn around time.
+ Data Pipeline: Need the person to understand data structures very well and understand reconciliations and data enrichments.
**Desired Skills:**
+ Exposure to CI/CD pipeline using JENKINS.
