**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
+ 12+ years of software engineering experience
+ 5+ years leading teams with over 10 resources
+ 5+ years of .Net, SQL Server experience

**In this role, you will:**
+ Manage and develop a team of individual contributors with low to moderate complexity and risk
