- Act as the primary point of contact for intake processes into the DevOps Accounting Technology teams.
- Partner with business stakeholders to assess customer experiences, identify opportunities, and ideate on reporting and analytics solutions.

- Technology & Solution Delivery
- Collaborate with business partners to identify initiative scope, benefits, and ROI.
- Manage the end-to-end solution space, including technical, functional, process, and accounting policy considerations.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of relevant technology trends and industry best practices.
- Develop and communicate a clear perspective on complex technical topics, aligning both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to functional and technical design, ensuring technical debt and long-term investments are factored into the roadmap.
- Oversee capacity and work planning across functional and technical teams.
- Collect and manage metrics to measure product success and customer experience improvements.
- Develop executive-level materials that articulate product vision, capability maps, and influence leadership prioritization.
- Product Ownership & Roadmap
- Own technology product(s) end-to-end, including roadmap development and execution.
- Lead and manage the product backlog, partnering with business and technology teams to ensure alignment.
- Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and maintain at least two iterations (sprints) worth of user stories.
- Contribute to quarterly Program Increment (PI) Planning activities.
- Evaluate new trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and roadmap enhancement.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong business acumen, including an understanding of Accounting concepts and ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Hands-on experience in financial systems, with the ability to operate in both technical and analyst roles.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of Azure, ADF, Snowflake, and Cloud technologies.
- Strong background in SQL and/or Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
- Proven ability to lead workshops and engage with executives effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and SDLC methodologies.
- Ability to plan and manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to make sound, fact-based decisions and recommendations.
Experience & Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years hands-on technical experience (coding, solution engineering, or technical architecture).
- 7-10 years experience in product management or systems analyst roles within agile software product development environments.

Job Description:
We are looking for a techno-functional consulting champion who builds strong relationships with clients and project manages the entire change & transformation process in the implementation of Darwinbox HRMS
Responsibilities:
- Project Manage and deliver end to end implementation of the product with the client - starting from Business process mapping to User Acceptance testing and taking the customer live with Darwinbox in a defined timeline
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions covering various functional scenarios and prepare presentations for client demo
- Prepare the blueprint documents, functional specifications in the Business process mapping stage and assist with the complete solution to the client for client-specific use cases
- Coordinate with the Development team and superiors to define any change request from the client and solution for the client-specific use case
- Plan and lead meetings and working sessions effectively with both client and product development teams
- Provide Key User Training and support customer to ensure sign off at each milestone as per project plan
- Guide the client through the change management process and managing both internal and external expectations
- Provide support to the client throughout the Implementation and Post Go-live support phase (before handing over to Customer Success team)
- Map benefits delivered through the implementation of Darwinbox HRMS
- Prepare documentation to hand over the account to Customer Success team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory;
MBA in HR is preferred - 3+ years of experience in HR transformation & change management/HCM implementation roles/HR consulting /HRBP roles
- Understanding of Technology systems. HRMS system implementation and understanding would be preferred
- Good in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Project Management;
Familiarity with Project Management tools would be a plus
