Let me tell you about the role

This role will sit within the Finance FBT organization, in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), specializing in Finance process transformation, ideally with experience of Planning & Performance Management (PPM) process, data and system transformation.

This role supports the FP&A Analytics & Digitization Solution Delivery Lead, who supervises PPM portfolio, digital strategy and implementation, as a key Subject Matter Expert (SME) advising on Process Engineering for PPM processes, systems and data as well as leading delivery.

The incumbent would be potentially required to work under alternative shift arrangements to ensure appropriate overlap hours with Eastern Standard time or Asia Pacific time zones.

What you will deliver

  • Review PPM business processes so that they can be standardized, improved and streamlined for optimum efficiency in terms of both performance and cost.
  • Lead process review workshops to analyze current ways of working to identify areas of improvement, gathering feedback and data from all relevant partners.
  • Drive process improvement, applying a Lean/process-based abilities. Work closely with colleagues and partners to provide mentorship/training on the use of problem-solving techniques (e.g. root cause analysis).
  • Collaborate across the wider Analytics and Digitization team to see opportunities and implement process optimizations as required
  • Document the processes into agreed standard documentation (such as operating procedures) and undertake a walkthrough (where applicable) to ensure the validity of the documents.
  • As required, lead the business design, implementation, testing and transition to operation of key PPM transformation projects - including project & squad management, scheduling, costing, communication, change management & governance
  • Actively develop & grow subject matter expertise within the team, supporting others in their development and creating opportunities to ‘upskill’ others on Process engineering and core PPM process, systems and data.
  • Deep process expertise, with strong background of delivering process standardization for global processes (taking into account local requirements) and improvement.
  • Knowledge in Planning and Performance Management including Planning, Forecasting & MI, Financial & Economic Modelling, Performance Management, Non-financial metrics etc.
  • Competent in using process mapping software.
  • Understanding of change management principles and experience in applying them
  • Experience of project management delivery techniques including both Waterfall and Agile
  • Finance background, with grounding knowledge of end-to-end financial processes, particularly PPM processes.
  • Able to describe and discuss industry and BP specific challenges in leading business and technical transformation; can demonstrate an understanding of organization change dynamics and how these impact cultural change.

  • 12+ years of experience in a similar business area or industry

Preferred experience:

Experience of: All aspects of finance process engineering, delivering standardization and improvement. Experienced at issue resolution and influencing peer and senior partner management.

  • PPM leadership: Business requirement prioritization, delivery governance, strategic decision making

**What does a successful SDETs do at Fiserv ?**
The Testing Center of Excellence provides quality assurance services to our clients across our Business Units, their corresponding Technology organization and directly to our end-customers.
Our primary testing coverage includes functional and regression testing of our Compass products. Additional responsibilities include; automation of initial manual scripting, performance testing, testing tools support and reporting of test metrics. We leverage leading technologies and processes to achieve comprehensive test coverage and release level reporting. Our products range from internal-facing as well as end consumer facing or business-oriented applications.
**What you will do:**
+ Work as a part of a scrum team along with server engineers, frontend developers and Product managers. Take part in different agile ceremonies.
+ Analyse and understand requirements.
+ Create and evaluate test cases for accuracy and applicability for products under test.
+ Find bugs and validate specifications through black box testing techniques (like testmatrices, combination testing, and risk analysis) and gray-box testing techniques (like database querying and source code analysis).
+ Provide updates to Managers and other stakeholders with the status of testing.
+ Automate test cases using appropriate tools and technologies.
+ Test system performance when applicable.

**What you will need to have:**
+ Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a QA with minimum 3+ years of experience in automated testing.
+ Good understanding of Software Test Lifecycle including Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Case Design, Test Data Setup, Defect Management and Test Log, Test results, Test Traceability Matrix and Test Metrics Screening and validation of application through database and system logs.
+ Technical Skillset required -
+ Very good understanding of Acquirer Payment processing, Clearing and settlement processes, Payment Gateways, ISO 8583.
+ Strong Knowledge on Karate Framework, Selenium, TestNG / Junit, Maven, Java.
+ Strong knowledge of Postman, MS SQL.

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a proactive and experienced **Supervisor** , **Quality Assurance** to oversee quality assurance initiatives across our BPO operations. The ideal candidate will manage a team of QA analysts, ensure delivery excellence, and drive continuous improvement by monitoring process adherence, compliance, and customer experience across voice and non-voice processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Supervise and mentor a team of QA Analysts across multiple BPO processes (voice, chat, email, back-office).
+ Set up, improve, drive, and streamline monitoring, feedback & other internal processes related to Quality.
+ Analyze QA results, identify trends, and drive RCA (Root Cause Analysis) with Operations/Training teams.
+ Lead calibration sessions with internal stakeholders and clients to maintain scoring alignment.
+ Collaborate with Training and Operations to improve agent performance through feedback and coaching inputs.
+ Ensure timely reporting of QA performance metrics and insights to stakeholders.
+ Prepare QA dashboards, agent scorecards, and monthly review decks for internal/client reporting.
+ Conduct refresher sessions or floor huddles based on identified quality gaps.
+ Support compliance with company policies, client SLAs, and data security protocols.
+ Act as an Internal Auditor for QA Team.
+ Manage, Analyze and Report upon ZTPs to stakeholders.
+ Drive Idea generation/recommendation process and share ideas with the client.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
+ Graduation in any discipline.
+ 4-6 years of experience in BPO Quality Assurance, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead/supervisory role.
+ Hands-on experience in handling quality for **inbound/outbound voice** , **email** , or **chat processes** .
+ Strong understanding of QA parameters like CSAT, FCR, AHT, adherence, accuracy, etc.
+ Exposure to international/domestic BPO environments (US/UK/AUS/India).
+ Proficient in using QA tools, MS Excel, and reporting dashboards.
+ Must have Working knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, TQM & PDCA methodologies.
+ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-handling skills.
+ Six Sigma GB/YB are preferred.
