The Strategic Sourcing is responsible for the development of system contracts and the enhancement of

Quality System & NABL Compliance
Support internal audits, surveillance audits, and NABL assessments by presenting purchase, stock, and storage records.

- Report and document non-conformities, deviations, and corrective actions (ISO 15189:2022, Clause 8.7, AACI & NABH).
