What You Will Do:

  • 0 to 2 yrs years of experience in supply chain & Material planning
  • Experience in PPAP (Quality), SIOP, Supplier performance, Cost of poor quality
  • Resolve requests or queries quality issues, cost of poor quality, drop shipment & PPAP
  • Responsible for monitoring inventory buckets like Safety stock, block stock, cycle stock, planned independent requirements, etc…
  • Work closely with Account specialist/stake holders to improve the above process
  • Experience in improving the process through automation/process improvements…etc…
  • Extract and develop reports from databases and warehouses for analysis ensuring they are built to specifications.
  • Design, build and publish reports, dashboards and analyze with available data sets
  • Translate customer needs into clear requirements and meaningful reports by leveraging customer data platform and visualization tools
  • Prepare, review and distribute program reports such as performance scorecard, monthly goal reporting, board reporting and senior management reporting
  • Communicate data analysis findings and insight to stakeholders and provide business strategy recommendations for optimizing business performance
  • Ensure data integrity of key objects (e.g., Product and Account) and other supporting information through best practices and standard data integration.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives by sourcing required data and providing support to the team as required
  • Interpret and effectively communicate data insights
  • Understand and manage KPIs within the team
  • Maintenance and continuous improvement of existing reports and dashboards
  • Assist with data mining

Qualifications Must Have:

  • University or College Degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science or Info Management
  • 0 to 2 years business experience with a focus on Analytical and reporting along with Supply management domain knowledge
  • Advanced analysis skills with particular attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite Expert (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) particularly in excel, PowerPoint (advanced level). PowerBI will be an added advantage
  • Understanding of security as it pertains to data access, scope, and distribution of reports and dashboards
  • Experience of working under dynamic and uncertain business conditions

About The Program
The associate will undergo a 2 year
Product Supply Rotational Development Program
consisting of 3 rotational assignments (8 months each) within Asia crop science product supply sites. The 1st rotation will start at the associate's home country and is focused on onboarding to the company. The 2nd rotation provides an opportunity to branch out and explore a different part of the organization in a new location, and the 3rd rotation target identified areas of passion that offer opportunities post-program.

The rotational structure allows associates to explore various roles within the organization, gaining experience and understanding in how their skills apply in different contexts. The program will focus on both technical and soft skills, and foster connections among associates and the organization, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing for better career navigation.

Each associate will have a customized development plan and will be paired with mentors or coaches to guide their potential career paths aligned with their interests and organizational needs.
