1.On-Line Checks:
○ Perform continuous monitoring of the production line to ensure all products
meet predefined quality parameters.
○ Conduct real-time inspections of products during various stages of production
to identify any defects or deviations.
○ Discuss with production staff to immediately address and correct any
identified issues.
○ Maintain detailed logs of on-line checks, including data on any defects,
corrections made, and overall product quality.
○ Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with GMP standards,
focusing on cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the production area.
○ Monitor employee adherence to GMP protocols, including proper use of
protective gear, hand hygiene, and contamination prevention practices.
○ Identify and report any non-conformities or potential risks observed during
GMP checks.
○ Participate in training sessions to reinforce GMP guidelines and ensure all
staff are up-to-date on best practices.
2. Finished Goods (FG) Inspections:
○ Carry out thorough inspections of finished goods to verify that they meet all
quality, safety, and customer specifications before shipment.
○ Sensory Analysis of Products.
○ Ensure that packaging and labeling are accurate and meet the company's
branding and regulatory requirements.
○ Maintain records of FG inspections, including batch numbers, inspection
dates, and outcomes, to facilitate traceability.
3. Raw Material (RM) Checks:
○ Inspect and evaluate incoming raw materials against quality standards and
purchase specifications before they are accepted for production.
○ Conduct sampling and testing of raw materials for quality, consistency, and
compliance with safety standards.
○ Document the quality of incoming materials, including any issues detected,
and work with suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
○ Oversee the proper storage of raw materials to prevent contamination or
degradation, ensuring that storage conditions meet the required standards.
4. Vehicle Inspections:
○ Inspect vehicles used for transporting raw materials and finished goods to
ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and suitable for the safe transport of
food products.
○ Check that vehicles comply with industry standards for temperature control,
sanitation, and safety during the loading and unloading process.
○ Document vehicle inspection findings, including any necessary maintenance
or cleaning, and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely resolution
of issues.
○ Ensure that all vehicles used for transportation meet regulatory and companyspecific hygiene and safety standards.

- Be thoroughly trained in quality aspects of the machines manufactured.
- Be able to operate all aspects of the software and machines from point of view of quality of machines.
- You will have to conduct quality inspection of the machine at different stages of the assembly.
- You will have to re-inspect the quality of the machine and accessories to be supplied for all visual aspects as per the Pre-dispatch QC Sheet and ensure the final product quality packed is the best.
- You will have to train your senses like eyes, nose, ears, touch to find defects in the product so that they are corrected before being dispatched to the end customer.
- The eyes will have to be sensitive to find misalignments, patches, fingerprints, rusty screws, small chip off of paint, a small dent in components, damaged edges, scratches on parts, crispness of paint and plating, stains, missing screws or washers, perfect alignment of axes and also with base etc.
- The nose will have to be sensitive to smell of burnt coil, or burning motor or short circuits.
- The ears will have to be sensitive to the sound of machine movement, sound of working of the motors, sound of stylus marking on the plate, sound of marking of different fonts, sound of loose parts rattling on each other.
- The touch will have to be sensitive for finish of machines, to sense the texture and smoothness, to sense the patches on paints, to sense irratic movement of slides, sense loose bolts, proper engaging of fine threads, proper working of spring etc.
- Constantly keep on identifying new ways to improve on reliability, aesthetics, and ensure zero defects in the machines.
- You will not waste time in case of any problem with the machine performance while testing. The electronic subassembly will be replaced immediately and the complete testing to be carried out again.
- You will be at times required to also do the assembly of machines in case of shortage of manpower.
- You will have to ensure that your hands are kept clean at all times and they do not have any oil, dust, dirt, grease or any sort of contamination that can damage the machine or can create patches on the machine, both temporary as well as permanent.
