- Project management — Drive schedule, cost and quality for assigned parcels. Coordinate engineering, procurement and site teams.
- Bid support — Give the teams accurate BOM, costing and execution inputs so analysis reflect real build cost.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- ~15 years in solar EPC, with hands-on site execution moving into a project-management role.
- Strong, practical command of solar + BESS BOM, technical scope, costing and layout optimisation.
- Site experience in tracker execution (single-axis trackers) is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to BESS integration in utility-scale plants.
