- Create a positive experience by showing empathy and patience while troubleshooting.
- Use your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex problems.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
- Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher (mandatory)
- Prior experience in technical support via chat in Business to Customer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Degree Certificate & Consolidated Marksheet mandatory)
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows & O365 queries
- Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or M365 Fundamentals are a strong plus
