The GSI Sales Engineer candidate will be responsible for building services, driving pipelines for those services, and the broad and deep enablement of select Global Systems Integrators. The GSI Sales Engineer comes to the role with a background that includes: service creation, revenue modelling, large technical proposal authoring, and a successful track-record of managing the technical element of Global partnerships. In addition to the business skills needed, successful candidates will need to demonstrate a high technical acumen with respect to storage, virtualisation, and windows/linux management. SD-WAN and Scripting (python and PowerShell) are highly desirable skills. This candidate will lead from the front, communicate openly, and set the example of a positive and collaborative work environment.
**Required capabilities & experience:**
+ Successful experience partnering with Global GSIs to create and consume services
+ Preferably have experience handling Wipo, Infosys, and LTI Mindtree
+ Provides technical leadership and direction to partners and internal staff in the development of fully integrated technology solutions
+ Architectural experience in complex infrastructures including virtualisation, application high-availability, distributed systems, file systems, RDBMS, disaster recovery, public cloud, and security
+ Acts as technical expert to develop partner delivered solutions that meet the technology and business requirements
+ Serves as a trusted technology advisor and that delivers technical and sales presentations to partners' technical staff and senior management
+ Exemplary relationship building skills with proven ability to drive lasting relationships of mutual value with partners and sales team
+ Is used to travelling and being on client site.

Job Summary:


The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top voice/semi voice talents for Infosys BPM.   • Source and attract candidates with expertise in bulk hiring for customer service and service desk roles (voice and semi voice) through various channels including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess soft skills and cultural fit.
  • Conducting the hiring event, job fairs, walk-in etc.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, voice assessments (Versant/Svar/CRT/SHL etc), scheduling interviews, and extending offers.
  • Must have experience of hiring FTE/FTR talents.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings in critical international voice requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
