Rubrik Cloud Data Management is a single software fabric that manages all application data in the cloud, at the edge, and on-premises. This includes backup, recovery, archival, analytics, development, and integration with today's major public cloud providers. Rubrik enables hybrid cloud enterprises to mobilise applications across clouds, automate intelligent orchestration workflows to enable self-service, and search and analyse application data at scale.
Rubrik has partnered with the World's leading Global Systems Integrators to develop successful and profitable outcomes for all involved parties. The GSI Sales Engineer candidate will be responsible for building services, driving pipelines for those services, and the broad and deep enablement of select Global Systems Integrators. The GSI Sales Engineer comes to the role with a background that includes: service creation, revenue modelling, large technical proposal authoring, and a successful track-record of managing the technical element of Global partnerships. In addition to the business skills needed, successful candidates will need to demonstrate a high technical acumen with respect to storage, virtualisation, and windows/linux management. SD-WAN and Scripting (python and PowerShell) are highly desirable skills. This candidate will lead from the front, communicate openly, and set the example of a positive and collaborative work environment.
**Required capabilities & experience:**
+ Successful experience partnering with Global GSIs to create and consume services
+ Preferably have experience handling Wipo, Infosys, and LTI Mindtree
+ Provides technical leadership and direction to partners and internal staff in the development of fully integrated technology solutions
+ Architectural experience in complex infrastructures including virtualisation, application high-availability, distributed systems, file systems, RDBMS, disaster recovery, public cloud, and security
+ Acts as technical expert to develop partner delivered solutions that meet the technology and business requirements
+ Serves as a trusted technology advisor and that delivers technical and sales presentations to partners' technical staff and senior management
+ Exemplary relationship building skills with proven ability to drive lasting relationships of mutual value with partners and sales team
+ Is used to travelling and being on client site.
**Desired capabilities & experience:**
+ Minimum at least 6 years of sales engineering experience preferably in a software or data centre environment
+ Driven - need for success, highly energetic with a strong hands-on, "can do" approach
+ Entrepreneurial - willing to go the extra mile, strong work ethic, resourceful, "get it done" attitude
+ Follow Up - thrives in a moving, fast-paced environment handling multiple activities per day with immediate follow up

About role :
The Accounts Receivable Executive at Soulflower is responsible for managing the company’s receivables, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the Finance Manager in various accounting tasks. This role requires a meticulous, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Management:
- Prepare sales orders as per client Purchase Orders (PO) or specific requirements.
- Generate and send invoices to customers promptly.
- Ensure accuracy of invoices and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Track and reconcile accounts receivable transactions.
- Need to have capability to prepare 700 B2B invoices in a month.
Collections:
- Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments.
- Follow up with customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to secure timely payments.
- Negotiate payment plans with customers as necessary.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers while addressing collection issues.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain and update customer files with accurate financial information.
- Record daily transactions and reconcile accounts regularly.
- Prepare and maintain accounts receivable aging reports.
Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on the status of accounts receivable to the Finance Manager.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements by providing necessary data and insights.
Dispute Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve customer queries and disputes related to invoices.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address billing issues.
Compliance and Process Improvement:
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Assist in developing and implementing accounts receivable policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
GST Documentation and Reconciliation:
- Ensure that all invoices are GST compliant and correctly recorded.
- Prepare and file GST returns in a timely manner.
- Reconcile GST payable and receivable accounts monthly.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies in GST accounts.
- Stay updated with changes in GST laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (particularly Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting principles, practices, and standards, as well as GST laws and regulations.
