The GSI Sales Engineer candidate will be responsible for building services, driving pipelines for those services, and the broad and deep enablement of select Global Systems Integrators. The GSI Sales Engineer comes to the role with a background that includes: service creation, revenue modelling, large technical proposal authoring, and a successful track-record of managing the technical element of Global partnerships. In addition to the business skills needed, successful candidates will need to demonstrate a high technical acumen with respect to storage, virtualisation, and windows/linux management. SD-WAN and Scripting (python and PowerShell) are highly desirable skills. This candidate will lead from the front, communicate openly, and set the example of a positive and collaborative work environment.
**Required capabilities & experience:**
+ Successful experience partnering with Global GSIs to create and consume services
+ Preferably have experience handling Wipo, Infosys, and LTI Mindtree
+ Provides technical leadership and direction to partners and internal staff in the development of fully integrated technology solutions
+ Architectural experience in complex infrastructures including virtualisation, application high-availability, distributed systems, file systems, RDBMS, disaster recovery, public cloud, and security
+ Acts as technical expert to develop partner delivered solutions that meet the technology and business requirements
+ Serves as a trusted technology advisor and that delivers technical and sales presentations to partners' technical staff and senior management
+ Exemplary relationship building skills with proven ability to drive lasting relationships of mutual value with partners and sales team
+ Is used to travelling and being on client site.

We are looking for a Customer Relationship & Sales Executive who will be the voice of Soulflower, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service, managing brand engagement on social media, and driving B2B sales opportunities.
Role Overview
This role blends customer service , social media community management , and B2B outbound sales . You will manage customer queries, engage with our community on social platforms, and actively reach out to potential B2B clients to generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Care
- Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle complaints with empathy and provide quick, effective resolutions.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions.
Social Media Management
- Respond to DMs, comments, and queries across Soulflower’s social media platforms.
- Engage with followers to build community loyalty.
- Share customer feedback and FAQs with the marketing team for improved content creation.
- Support influencer collaborations by coordinating product dispatch and tracking content posts.
B2B Outbound Sales
- Identify and contact potential B2B customers such as spas, salons, corporate gifting clients, and retail stores.
- Present Soulflower’s product range and negotiate deals.
- Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and close sales.
- Maintain relationships with existing B2B customers to encourage repeat business.
Order & Complaint Management
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Track delayed or missing shipments and resolve promptly.
- Log and document all interactions in CRM tools.
Reporting & Feedback
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer queries, complaints, sales leads, and conversions.
- Share customer insights for product/service improvement.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business/Marketing/Communications).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, social media handling, or sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands.
- Basic understanding of social media engagement strategies.
- B2B sales experience, especially in FMCG, beauty, or retail.
- Empathy, patience, and a customer-first approach.
