At Asite we are looking for detail-oriented and proactive Business Analysts (BA) to support the development and delivery of our SaaS product offerings. As a key link between product, engineering, and business teams, you’ll help gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable insights, driving efficient product development and value delivery.

Successful candidates should be vibrant individuals with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SaaS solutions with strong analytical skills who can work in an agile methodology to realize every opportunity for providing value to our customers. We expect an extraordinary attention to detail from all members of the Asite team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, data analysts, research analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements 
  • Translate business and product goals into functional and non-functional requirements 
  • Create user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and wireframes/mock-ups (with design team) where needed 
  • Analyze customer journeys, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements 
  • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product testing activities 
  • Perform data analysis to validate assumptions and inform product decisions 
  • Coordinate with QA to ensure test cases align with business needs 
  • Monitor product KPIs and user behavior post-release to generate actionable insights 
  • Assist in stakeholder communications, status reporting, and product documentation 
  • Ensuring the quality of the releases by testing, validating, and accepting the work done. 
  • Have a proactive role in continually improving the process. 
  • Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 3 –5 years of Business Analysis experience, ideally in SaaS, AEC tech, or Data Platforms 
  • Proven track record managing data-intensive platforms or B2B collaboration tools 
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills 
  • Technical comfort with APIs, data schemas, and integrations 
  • Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma 
  • Excellent detailed written and verbal communication skills, possibly including some user interface documentation skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent teamwork skills especially with a “can-do” attitude 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
