Key job responsibilities
Technical Infrastructure Program Managers (TIPM) in Capacity Delivery Planning drive programs to identify, execute and manage supply/capacity at our Data Centers in the APAC region. This role requires effective engagement with multiple AWS internal partners (Build TIPMs, Engineering teams, Supply Chain teams, Business Development Managers, etc) to co-deliver planning programs. The TIPM engages with partners to drive the right outcomes to balance customer requirements with site risks. Lastly, TIPMs are required to effectively convey accurate information across all aspects of program communication with audiences therefore requires excellent written and verbal skills.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software)

Experience Logistics or business analyst, preferably in a logistics network or operational environment. Demonstrated achievements in analytical and modelling is a requirement, experience in Finance, variance and forecasting analysis is of benefit.
Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Need to Be Successful (Experience and Qualifications)
Essential
Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Technology, or a related field.
12 + years of experience in programme/project management, with experience in corporate function technology implementations.
Strong expertise in managing projects related to Ethics & Compliance, Legal, Strategy Execution, and Corporate Governance.
Proven ability to lead project execution, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
Strong understanding of governance frameworks, compliance standards, and regulatory considerations.
Experience working with third-party vendors, system integrators, and software solution providers.
Strong communication , leadership, and negotiation skills.
Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
Proficiency in programme management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or ServiceNow.
