Due to continuous growth, CommScope is looking to hire a Logistic manager to join its team in Goa, India.
This role will be responsible for overall supply chain management duties including selecting carriers, researching shipping methods, assessing budgets, and organizing storage. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail to oversee daily operations and logistics employees. In addition to having excellent interpersonal skills, the candidate should also possess in-depth knowledge of logistics and inventory systems.
**How You'll Help Us Connect the World:**
+ The logistics manager will be responsible for strategically planning transportation of finished goods and raw materials, maintaining finished goods' warehouse., and coordinating with internal and external customers.
+ Selecting transporters and negotiating rates and finalizing contracts with service providers.
+ Organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods.
+ The goal is to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
+ Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
+ Achieve Container and Vehicle utilization target as per company standards, plan routes and process shipments.
+ Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
+ Supervise, coach and train logistics workforce.
+ Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets, Meeting the SDD and OTP as per company standards.
+ Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
+ Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
+ Maintain high standards of 5s in warehouse.
**Required Qualifications for Consideration:**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or MBA with a focus on Logistics or Supply Chain Management (preferred)
+ Preferrably 20+ years of experience in logistics within the manufacturing industry
+ Strong expertise in managing air freight and export operations will be an advantage.

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to work for our India Pressure Management Business unit. You will be responsible for ensuring the materials are received, stored, issued to the production line on time and to execute the finished goods dispatches with a high level of stock accuracy. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation **.**
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Supervise and ensure receiving, put away, picking and dispatch operations are done as per Standard Work Instructions.
+ Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, Environment and security requirements.
+ Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and ensure on time, accurate transactions and movement of Materials.
+ Monitor and report the Key Performance Indicators and drive to meet the set Goals along with warehouse staff.
+ Execute actions to maintain Accurate inventory by Implementing Cycle Count and warehouse best practices.
+ Coordinate with logistics forwarders and share sales recognition documents in Realtime.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Achieve Inventory Accuracy Gross and Net Variances within the Targets.
+ Ensure Materials are Protected and Retrieved Safely.
+ Ensure Oracle transactions are carried out accurately and real time.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry.
+ Knowledge of Valve industry or equivalent with High Mix of variables are handled.
+ Good Analytical, Communication and presentation skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel, Power BI, Share point etc.
+ Familiar with ERP WMS systems. Knowledge of Oracle application of Betsy is added advantage.
