You will be responsible for the overall performance of an operational site in order to achieve all agreed financial + operational objectives.
**Your Responsibilities**
The activities needed to deliver these objectives include:
- To manage, plan, organize, staff, transport sub-contractors (and company fleet + drivers where applicable).
- To work closely with warehouse teams, ensuring efficient handover of products, daily transport planning, + reporting.

**Your Skills and Experiences**
A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business; certifications like CILT/CLTD are a plus.
8+ years of experience in transport/logistics, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Expertise in transport planning, cost control, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in managing teams, subcontractors, and driving productivity improvements.
Strong background in customer onboarding, retention, and business growth support.
Proficiency in TMS, fleet tracking tools, and performance analysis.
