The incumbent is responsible for creating and maintaining a site level Flow Map for parts used in production. This position enables / coaches facility employees to utilize PFEP templates to load and maintain data in PFEP Web Tool, and provides reports and information to facility resources requiring PFEP information.
This position performs physical, tactical work across multiple functions to implement the supply chain planning process and develop a Plan for Every part for every value stream in a facility, and is called upon to direct the work of Supply Chain Planning Analysts. The incumbent must be able to work among production employees with little to no disruption to their workload, and lead others to deploy processes in the plant. .
This position performs physical, tactical work across multiple functions to make improvements required to attain MQ or other like Certification for a Value Stream. The incumbent performs physical, tactical work to reduce / eliminate supply chain constraints inside a value stream, working with a cross-functional team of personnel.
Minimal Travel Required (5% - 15% working time)
POSITION IMPACTS: Incumbent is responsible to achieve corporate supply chain performance targets, including improvements in Order-to-Delivery time, inventory levels / turns, MQ Certification requirements and supply chain assessments for a facility.
