Responsibilities
- Understand Service materials planning and scheduling, after market, CIM and construction/EIS processes to identify the demand drivers of spare parts and major components
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders such as Service managers, Construction Project managers, Engineering and Sales teams to understand dynamics in market demand to align material supplies accordingly
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Procurement, Global Supply chain to come up with feasible supply plan, mitigating supply risks. Also work with internal stakeholders to aim for master data consistency in systems including Material Enrichment, Pricing, Sourcing info etc.
- Develop and own the process to obtain demand, supply & inventory in the short and long term from the identified drivers in the S&OP process
- Ensure material availability at multiple echelons as per the service level agreements, maintain 100% safety stock fill rate
- Develop and implement exception based planning to make the demand, supply and inventory management process lean and increase the value addition in each steps
- Responsible for ad - hoc development tasks for supply chain development projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Engineering

- Working experience in Matrix organization
- SAP working knowledge majorly in Material Management

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's objectives and enhance operational efficiency. Working with the Americas Team to ensure objectives and strategies are met.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance to senior management.
Education & Expereience
MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field required with 8+ years experience in Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Service or a relate field required.
Demonstrated ability to analyze, trouble-shoot, problem solve and resolve complex issues required.
Demonstrated success leading and championing substantive business plan recommendations for senior divisional leadership required.
Ability to manage larger projects and/or process improvement initiatives with cross functional teams using advanced influencing & leadership skills required.
Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills required.
Proficiency with MS Excel, Power Point, Word, and ERP (ex: SAP), ECC, APO required; MS Access preferred.
Will have supervisory responsibility and/or provide formal technical support, guidance and mentoring to new Supply Planners or Analysts.
Self-management of work and work of team members as applicable
Able to lead larger projects with cross-functional teams
Developed Project Management and Leadership skill

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Supply Chain Manager
to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Fill Rate optimization, CFA operations
,
warehousing, logistics, inventory management
, managing multiple SKUs, and
cross-functional coordination
with production, sales, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the movement of Multiple SKUs across multiple regions (Pan India) and export planning.
- Oversee
warehouse operations,
including inventory management, inbound/outbound logistics, and 3PL management. - Plan and manage
logistics and transportation
to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. - Coordinate closely with
production teams
to align supply chain activities with production schedules. - Collaborate with
