Job Purpose
Ensure stock items held meet the requirements and specifications to meet production demand.
Key Accountabilities
- Check opening Stocks as per Reports on daily basis specially running items in SAP
- Checked and verifying the vendors documents and Process documents for accounting purpose bills/Good Receipt PO of incoming material
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping of all stock movements
- Verify all the last day activity (In/Out) & rectify the error if any.
- To ensure accurate accountability of all transactions to and from the Warehouse.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the warehouse operations
- Responsible for the Checking and verification of documents -Quality security of the Warehouse area and all stock at plant held
- Improving OEE, 5 S activities, Process Improvements Work Study, Responsible for production timing
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, inventory, or warehouse equipment along with SAP knowledge
- Supervise and warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to facilitate timely receipt and dispatch of materials
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Must:
- Diploma / ITI – Mechanical /Production etc.
- Having 6-7 Years of experience In relevant field
Desirable:
Knowledge of SAP in MM Module
Relevant EXPERIENCE:
Must:
- Understanding of technical specifications of equipment.
- Basic measurement knowledge
- Store handling
Desirable:
Ensure compliance of Company Policies, standard procedures, and the Engineering Business Process. Coordinates with all other departments.
