**Brief Job Overview**
This is a non-supervisory position in Store, to facilitate the entire Store operations and Inventory Management in the Laboratory
**How will YOU create impact here at USP?**
+ Responsible for the daily operations of USP India Main site Chemical store and Non-Lab stores including the receiving the Chemicals and arranging them in the chemical stores as per the compatibility lists, SOPs requirements and material movement activities for the Unit-II.
+ Responsible for maintaining ERP-Inventory module, to support the Inventory Management activities and responsible for daily/Weekly cycle counts of the Inventory items in ERP.
+ Receiving all materials and ensuring the quantity and physical inspection and if any shortcomings found report immediately to purchase department for rectifications.
+ Responsible for Min-Max planning in ERP Inventory module
+ Responsible to maintain end to end tracking of chemicals in APEX software
+ Responsible for creation of Purchase requisitions
+ Responsible for receipts and issuing of materials to different departments like CLO, RSL, R&D, Synthetic and Biologics in ERP module.
+ Responsible for generation of ERP reports and documenting it.
+ To maintain SDS database for the chemicals available in the Chemical Stores.
+ To segregate the expired chemicals and work for the disposal of chemicals in coordination with the Safety team.
+ To maintain the records for Disposal activities.
+ To conduct the periodic physical stock verification in Stores.
+ To ensure safety practices are followed in the Stores
+ Responsible for invoices submission to purchase department for accounting.
+ To take up the additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Creating & maintaining the costing masters (cost / profit center) for all GDI plants.
- Finalization of NBAQ costing for all GDI plants.
- Monthly tracking of program development from C1 phase to G8 closure of all GDI plant (Full program development cycle)
- Monthly model wise margin calculation and highlight the variance with Budget to regional team.
- Inventory control including monthly valuation and variance analysis. It includes item wise re valuation of RM/BOP/FG/WIP on GDI basis.
- Monthly reconciliation of actual material margin based on MIS and comparison with VCor.
- Financial inventory schedule, Related party transaction, Direct material consumption analysis, Royalty computation for annual GKN accounts as well financial year closing based on GDI. Quantitative scheduled for all direct material and finished driveshaft for Income tax account.
- Maintenance of inventory module in MFG Pro of GDI plants.
- Validation of improvement/changes proposed by shop floor and their cost calculation for all GDI plants.
- Good understanding of financial accounting entries.
- Worked in SAP (Old/New version) environment.
- Good command over excel.

Position Summary
In the position of Inventory Control Coordinator you will keep the company’s software system up to date with all inventory transactions in compliance with company policy and accounting practices. Manage internal and external customer service with regard to data maintenance and inventory claims, reporting of inventory activity, and continuous improvement to drive and sustain a high level of inventory accuracy.
Essential Job Functions
- Collect and organize a variety of documents from business partners to serve as evidence of activity involving company assets.
- Process system inventory transactions for all activity in SAP Materials Management (MM) module – production, goods receipts, shipments, and other physical movements – to keep system inventory balances synchronized with physical balances, and ensure a high level of inventory accuracy.
- Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and corrects them in SAP in real time.
- Conducting cycle counts at stocking locations as required, to audit business partner activity and record- keeping.
- Support periodic wall-to-wall physical inventory audits as required by company internal and external audit requirements.
- Ensure that Company operational standards, policies, procedures, and practices are followed in a timely and consistent manner.

Position Requirements
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, Business, Analytics, Accounting, or Supply Chain.

To maintain inventories / stock level of RM, FG & ingredients, also involve in loading & unloading activities in a single shift.
- Maintain accuracy of stocks, ensure requisition of materials are placed at the right time to avoid downtime / stoppages in production lines due to non-availability of materials
