Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in warehouse and operations management, with a proven track record of success in large, complex facilities.
- Deep expertise in inventory management techniques and WMS implementation/optimization.
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain principles, and transportation management.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing large teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software, including advanced WMS, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
