Position Summary
As a Workforce Solutions Analyst, you will support our workforce planning efforts for our Managed Services team and contribute to the development and implementation of our global strategy as we go through a period of extreme growth. In this role, you will work with both the Operations and Managed Services teams to analyze data and trends to create detailed workload models, recommend solutions to improve overall operational efficiency, and maintain service level agreements with our clients. Utilizing strong communication skills, you will effectively collaborate with a variety of people and job functions while juggling and accomplishing tasks of moderate to high complexity. You will be working productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Workforce Solutions
- Support the resourcing process for assigned region including:
- Ensure staffing needs are met for all engagements across the region by leveraging internal processes and technology to meet client needs.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition, HR, Learning & Development, and Managed Services teams to keep all informed about headcount and skillset needs and timing, receive performance feedback on individuals, and support regional decision-making.
- Make recommendations for staffing plans to the region's Workforce Solutions Manager.
- Create client ready resumes.
- Maintain complex Excel spreadsheets with advanced formulas and macros to streamline resource management operations.
- Provide ad hoc reporting tailored to the needs of various stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct thorough data validation to ensure the integrity and reliability of the data being utilized.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvements and implement data-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- 1+ years of workforce planning in a consulting, managed service environment
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (indexing, pivot tables, complex functions), NetSuite (imports and reports), and Workday (employee profile information)
- Experience managing complex projects, clients, partners, and organizations
- Business acumen and financial (P&L) skills/metrics driven

Responsibilities:
Oversee the full contractor lifecycle from request intake, candidate sourcing, rate validation, engagement management and offboarding to ensure a seamless and compliant process.
Serve as the primary advisor on contingent workforce matters, including policy compliance, training, and Vendor Management System (VMS) usage. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure stakeholder alignment and adherence.
Partner with engagement managers to forecast contingent labor needs, provide market insights, and support fulfillment strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct quarterly vendor business reviews to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate approved vendor performance. Also manage the new vendor intake request process.
Foster strong relationships with our approved staffing vendors to ensure compliance with our program and contractual requirements, provide support in recruiting contractor talent, and assist with the resolution of any contractor engagement issue.
Lead GWS project initiatives through successful planning and execution, including support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to enhance VMS capabilities.
Maintain external partnerships within the contingent workforce industry to identify emerging trends and build upon best practices.
Exceed customer expectations through process standardization, execution, and identifying innovative continuous improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience supporting an internal Contingent Workforce Program or Managed Service Provider (MSP).
Strong understanding of the full contractor lifecycle, including sourcing, compliance, performance tracking, issue resolution and offboarding with a focus on operational excellence.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to drive program and policy compliance.
Hands-on experience with VMS platforms (e.g. SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, etc) including reporting and continuous process improvement.
Strong working knowledge of contingent workforce best practices and related employment laws.
Strong prioritization, project management and execution skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment is critical. Customer-obsessed, continuous improvement mindset a must.
Ability to operate successfully in a team environment, collaborate with internal and external partners, and work through priorities with a positive, flexible attitude.

As a GWS Supervisor – Operations & Analytics , you will be primarily responsible for the development and execution or our reporting and analytic needs, process documentation, and audit responsibilities across the contingent workforce program. Responsibilities:
Develop, execute and continuously improve reporting dashboards and data sets that track defined KPIs, SLAs or that support the employee or vendor audiences. Leverage Power BI or similar for broader reporting needs that are not supported within our Vendor Management System (VMS).
Ensure all internal GWS processes are defined, streamlined, and documented. Develop and maintain user guides, videos or other training materials to execute all external process steps.
Execution of all internal audit activities including but not limited to Vendor Management System (VMS) data validation, monthly access reviews and the bi-annual consultant validation process.
Serve as Audit liaison with internal stakeholders for additional audit requests related to our VMS.
Develop and execute our vendor QBR reporting process for approved vendor performance.
Develop and execute our quarterly and annual cost savings reporting and chargeback processes.
Provide monthly financial summary and conduct year-end accrual accounting activities for VMS invoicing.
Provide additional data reporting support for financial, operational, or ad hoc needs.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience working within an internal Contingent Workforce Program or for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
Strong data analysis and visualization skills. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI or similar tools to build, maintain or interpret dashboards.
Process-oriented with continuous improvement mindset a must. Demonstrated ability to create and refine standard operating processes (SOPs) and user guides to reduce manual effort or streamline processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to understand business needs for reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to operate successfully in a team environment and work through priorities with a positive, flexible attitude.
