The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts, Production Management, Stagecraft, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in stage management and production management for live events, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse productions, is required. Extensive knowledge of stage operations, lighting and sound systems, rigging, set construction, and stagecraft is essential. Proven experience in budget management, contract negotiation, and team leadership is crucial. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are paramount for coordinating complex logistical requirements and managing diverse teams. The ability to work long and often irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, especially during production periods, is a necessity. About the Role
We're seeking a
super smart, highly driven Product Manager
to join as one of our earliest team members. This is not a narrow role — you'll be deeply involved in
end-to-end product ownership

You'll work side-by-side with the founder and engineering team, wear multiple hats, and have a direct hand in shaping how the product evolves from MVP to market leader.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Translate vision into product roadmaps and clear, actionable requirements.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on data, market insights, and user feedback.
- Work closely with developers to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
AI/ML & Data-Driven Development
- Apply AI/ML awareness to product decisions, including personalization and recommendations.
- Use analytics to monitor product performance and refine features.
Quality Assurance
- Act as
Quality Analyst
for all releases — create test cases, perform UAT, identify issues early, and ensure seamless delivery. - Maintain a "zero bugs in production" mindset.
Cross-Functional Startup Operations
- Collaborate with vendors for integrations, APIs, and partnerships.
- Coordinate product operations post-launch — monitor stability, handle escalations, and ensure smooth functioning.
- Work closely with the
digital marketing team
to communicate product capabilities, user benefits, and unique differentiators. - Participate in
go-to-market strategy
sessions and campaigns.
Market & User Research
- Conduct competitive analysis to anticipate trends.
- Engage with early adopters to gather feedback and inform product direction.
Ownership Mindset
- Be hands-on in all non-core technical areas — from vendor management to feature demos.
- Proactively identify gaps and fix them without waiting to be told.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–6 years
of Product Management/Ownership experience in
startups
. - Experience in at least one of: fintech, social media, e-commerce.
- Basic Python skills
(or ability to learn quickly). - Hands-on exposure to
AI/ML concepts
in product contexts. - Proven experience in
end-to-end product delivery
from ideation to launch. - Comfortable with US time zone overlap.
- Absolutely
no moonlighting
.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in payments, merchant systems, or affiliate integrations.
- Exposure to growth marketing and digital acquisition channels.
- Experience in QA or product testing.
