Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive growth metrics across the AARRR funnel – Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, and Revenue .
- Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact experiments to improve user acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
- Define and analyze key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, drop-offs, LTV, CAC) to shape the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and business teams to ideate and launch product initiatives focused on growth.
- Lead A/B testing , user segmentation, and funnel optimization efforts to validate hypotheses and improve performance.
- Work with analytics tools like Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, BigQuery , and write SQL to derive actionable insights.
- Deeply understand our users through interviews, data, and usage patterns; translate insights into product improvements.
- Contribute to the GTM strategy for new features and work closely with marketing to ensure rapid adoption.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of total experience, with at least 2+ years in a growth product management role at a startup or high-growth company.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable growth through product changes and experiments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to use data to influence decisions.
- Comfortable in ambiguity and capable of moving fast with a bias for action.
- Hands-on with experimentation tools, funnel analytics, and user behavior tracking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in B2C/B2B2C SaaS.

The Stage and Screen After Hours Consultant is the virtual face of Stage and Screen outside of normal business hours to a mix of customers including VIP’s. They have the ultimate customer centric mindset and always demonstrate solution-based thinking.
They are an expert in self-ticketing with the booking and management of highly individualised travel requirements for senior executives, high touch group travel, high profile talent and frequent travellers.
This role can be offered on a full time or part time basis – working nights, weekends and public holidays.
About You
- Retail and/or corporate travel agency experience - only experienced travel consultants who are well practised in self-ticketing will be considered
- Sabre and self ticketing experience is a MUST
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintains operational standards & an exceptional customer experience by driving operational excellence
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
