Responsibilities:

● Teach children from the age group of 4 to 14 online.

● Ensure that students enjoy the course!

● Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions.

● Conduct group and private lessons as required.

Qualifications / Experience required:

● Formal education in Arts(Painting/Drawing/Sketching).

● Strong subject knowledge.

● Experience in teaching Arts.

● Relevant teaching experience (1+ years)

● Experience in the usage of technology in education would be a plus.

Skills Required:

● Must have experience in online teaching.

1-25 Sessions : Rs. 200/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo

25-60 Sessions: Rs.250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo

61- 80 Sessions: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs.150/- per demo

81& above Session: Rs. 350/- per session + Rs. 175/- per demo

Additionally you will be eligible for minimum guarantee as mentioned below:

Rs. 6000/ for the 1st month,

Rs. 12000/ for the 2nd month and

Rs. 18000/ for 3rd month onwards.

Overview:

As a Visual Arts Teacher, you will be responsible for fostering a creative and engaging learning environment for students of the CBSE curriculum. You will develop and deliver a visual arts curriculum that supports the philosophy and promotes the holistic development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development and Implementation:

• Design and implement a comprehensive visual arts curriculum aligned with the CBSE framework.
• Develop lesson plans that incorporate inquiry-based learning, focusing on conceptual understanding and student agency.
• Integrate visual arts with other subjects through interdisciplinary units of inquiry.

Instruction and Facilitation:

• Provide engaging and differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and tools to facilitate artistic expression and creativity.
• Encourage students to explore different mediums and techniques in visual arts.

Assessment and Reporting:

• Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student achievements and prepare reports in line with IB requirements.
• Conduct student-led conferences and contribute to the development of student portfolios.

Professional Development:

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with CBSE practices and visual arts education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Art Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in curatorial practice, exhibition development, or arts management within a reputable arts organization.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more artistic periods or genres, with a strong understanding of global contemporary art.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Proven experience in project management, budget management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong network of contacts within the national and international art world.
• Proficiency in digital archiving and collection management software is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
