Actively engage with customers in a consultative capacity, providing immediate solutions based on a thorough understanding of their needs and operational contexts. Interact effectively with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) and Distribution Companies (DISCOM) to facilitate inquiries regarding necessary approvals and to ensure adherence to installation safety protocols. Coordinate diligently with the Sales and Service teams across multiple dealership levels to enhance service delivery and customer experience. Monitor and manage DMS (Dealer Management System), liaising with field teams to activate essential services such as Site Surveys, Installation, and Commissioning tasks. Strengthen operational systems and ongoing processes within Powerol Dealership affiliates to improve overall service efficacy. Educate and support Sales teams at AD dealerships and customers concerning the Charger Installation process and the prerequisite groundwork at installation sites. Provide comprehensive technical support to the field team pertaining to on-site procedures during the installation and alignment processes. Guide customers through the processes of obtaining necessary DISCOM and society approvals, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to navigate these requirements. Act as a liaison with DISCOM and municipal authorities to surmount challenges that may arise on-site, offering strategic problem-solving expertise. Proactively address field issues, with the capacity to offer remote support as well as physical onsite involvement when required. Ensure that all technical literature, service bulletins, and critical technical information are readily available, providing periodic updates to the field team as needed. Design and administer customised training courses targeted at improving the skills of the field team based on their unique requirements. Facilitate optimal use of DMS and service applications by Powerol Dealers, enhancing operational efficiency. Maintain awareness of competitor activities and benchmark best practices within the areas of Charger Installation, service operations, and maintenance processes. Develop a detailed understanding of customer and market requirements to drive effective service delivery. Experience Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical customer-facing role within the electric vehicle or renewable energy industry. Proven track record of working effectively with technical installations and providing customer support services. Demonstrated experience dealing with regulatory environments and the necessary approvals involved in installations within urban and suburban areas. Familiarity with operating within a dealership or service centre environment, focusing on electric charger solutions. Experience in training and developing teams or providing direct support to field personnel is highly desirable. Advanced skills in using DMS and service-related applications to track service performance and support delivery. Previous experience building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders, including customers, service providers, and local authorities. Industry Preferred Industry Preferred: Experience within the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry, particularly focusing on the charging infrastructure sector, is strongly preferred. Familiarity with the broader renewable energy market, including energy storage solutions, electric grid systems, and sustainability initiatives, will also be seen as valuable. Candidates are encouraged to have practical knowledge of installation processes and maintenance operations related to EV charging systems.Qualifications Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is required. Further certifications or trainings specific to Electric Vehicle technology or installation practices will be advantageous. Excellent academic record, particularly in areas related to electrical systems and power distribution.
