**Position Overview**:
The purpose of this position is to develop high-quality content and proposals that drive program impact and secure funding opportunities. The role supports proposal development, research, data analysis, and creative writing to enhance project implementation and communication. Additionally, to ensures collaboration with stakeholders to streamline program documentation and reporting processes.
**Activity list**
Ø **Proposal Writing & Project Design**
- Conduct landscape analysis and initial research for new segments, proposals, and ideation concepts.
- Draft comprehensive grant proposals and concept notes, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Develop and maintain a proposal calendar and database to streamline proposal submissions.
- Manage end-to-end proposal submission processes, ensuring timely delivery of all required materials.
- Monitor and track the progress of submitted proposals while contributing to an annual grants strategy and funding pipeline.
Ø **Research & Impact assessment**
- Conduct in-depth research and generate ideas and relevant facts for assigned topics or content.
- Develop coherent drafts by organizing insights gathered from online and offline research.
- Create engaging and original content for articles, blogs, and case studies using the Theory of Change framework.
- Draft program briefs, detailed reports, and summaries to support team objectives and project goals.
- Proofread and refine content to ensure high-quality, error-free deliverables that align with instructions.
- To assist in conducting project research/ impact assessment.
Ø **Data Compilation & Analysis**
- Compile and analyze backend data to inform program planning and decision-making.
- Conduct delay analysis and support the identification of areas for project improvement.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized program-related data for reporting purposes.
- Design and develop visually appealing program-related PowerPoint presentations.
Ø **Program Support**
- Gather, organize, and manage relevant information to support program deliverables.
- Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines for reports, documentation, and other outputs.
