Key Responsibilities:
Adolescent Counseling & Health Education:

- Conduct educational sessions for adolescents and youth about healthy lifestyles, hygiene, and disease prevention.

Community Outreach:

Key Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Graduate in Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in counseling, social work, or public health, preferably with adolescents.
**Skills**:Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with adolescents and community members.
Knowledge of adolescent health issues, including reproductive health, nutrition, mental health, and substance abuse.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in community mobilization and health education activities.
Proficiency in local languages (Hindi, and understanding of regional dialects is an advantage).
Other Requirements: Willingness to travel within the assigned districts and work in remote areas.

**The Community Health Supervisor**(CHS)The Supervisor will serve as a key link between the community health workers and the staff nurse. Stationed at the PHC level, the Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and mentoring Community Health Workers (CHWs), coordinating with local governance bodies, and supporting the effective implementation of integrated health promotion and disease prevention interventions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and monitor the day-to-day activities of 4-5 CHWs assigned per PHC.
- Provide hands-on support, mentoring, and on-the-job training to CHWs for effective community engagement and disease screening.
- Ensure timely and quality data collection, reporting, and documentation from the field.
- Coordinate with Village Health Sanitation Committees (VHSCs) and Gram Panchayat (GP) members to support awareness programs, mobilization, and convergence with existing health initiatives.
