Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

Manage end-to-end restaurant operations while ensuring adherence to company SOPs, food safety standards, guest service benchmarks, and operational efficiency.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, coach, and develop Shift Managers and restaurant teams to build a high-performance culture. Ensure proper training, motivation, discipline, and team engagement at the store level.

Sales & Profitability

Drive store sales and profitability through effective labour management, inventory control, food cost management, and operational planning.

Guest Experience

Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained consistently. Handle guest concerns professionally and work towards improving overall guest satisfaction scores.

Compliance & Food Safety

Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, audit, and statutory requirements. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards across all operational areas.

Inventory & Cost Control

Monitor inventory, wastage, variance, and ordering processes to maintain optimum stock levels and minimize losses.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Track and analyse store KPIs including sales, labour cost, food cost, customer feedback, productivity, and operational performance.


Qualifications

Education

Graduate preferred. Relevant operational experience in QSR industry will also be considered.

Experience

5–7 years of experience in the QSR industry with at least 2–3 years in a Restaurant General Manager or equivalent leadership role.

Candidates with prior experience in KFC, Burger King, McDonald’s, or Domino’s will be preferred.
