**Meet The Team** :
The Operations Manager is a key member of Cisco's Commerce Operations (CO) organization. CO provides operational engagement and advisory services to customers, partners, and sales teams across the commerce processes for Cisco's products, services, and software businesses. The Operations Analyst works directly with sales and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver world-class operations management and advisory services.
In this role, we are also looking for Japanese language skills, candidate is expected to have proficient Japanese communication (written and verbal).
**What You'll do:**
Commit Management
+ Attend forecast calls to identify and understand key priorities for the week, month, and quarter.
+ Accountable for weekly commit operationalization, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Channel, Engineering, Finance, IT, Customer Service) to track progress and drive required actions.
+ Prepare "Sneak Peek" reports for the respective Theatre and Segment during critical period-ends.
Business Partnership & Advisory
+ Provide field/customer operations advisory, enablement, and change management regarding tools, policies, and processes.
+ Offer supply chain consultation and constraint management.
+ Provide consultation and operational design for complex hardware deals and deal assurance.
+ Manage the quality of bookings and backlog management, including analysis and resolution.
+ Conduct Stakeholder Operational Business Reviews.
+ Advise sales teams on Cisco's crediting and compensation policies, including system-driven rules, bookings policies, offer types, and incentive program changes.
+ Handle customer issues, including ownership at the executive level.
Process Improvement & Strategic Growth
+ Proactively identify field challenges, gather feedback, and ensure closed-loop resolution.
+ Drive process and system automation by submitting change requests and collaborating with IT and process managers through implementation.
+ Drive awareness and adoption of new solutions and enhancements.
+ Commit to continuous self-learning, particularly regarding new business consumption models, software, and acquisitions.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
+ 7 plus years of related experience in related field.
+ Proficiency in Japanese is a must (Written and Verbal)
+ Project Management Certificate is a plus.
+ Knowledge of End-to-End (E2E) field operational processes.
+ Experience working within a channel business structure.
+ Proven ability to drive cross-functional and/or global initiatives.
+ Experience leading change management in environments undergoing significant business transformation.

Dans le cadre de la vente de 36 avions d'armes Rafale au client Indian Air Force (IAF), Safran Aircraft Engines doit soutenir son client sur les Bases Opérationnelles d'Ambala et Hasimara en Inde, par la mise en place d'un « Field Service Representative » (FSR) pour le Programme M88. Le poste est rattaché à la Direction Supports et Services de la Division des Moteurs Militaires de Safran Aircraft Engines.
Le / La Field Service Representative (FSR) est le point focal du Soutien Opérationnel sur base client, à ce titre il assure les missions suivantes :
- Contribuer à la bonne exécution opérationnelle des engagements contractuels
- Etre, en local, l'interface privilégiée du client pour toutes les questions associées à l'exploitation des moteurs de la flotte qu'il/elle soutient,
- Partager avec les chargés d'affaires et les Customer Support Manager (CSM) toutes informations liées à la situation opérationnelle des flottes avions & moteurs et de l'activité de vol client,
- Contribuer à la satisfaction du Client en général
- Assister le client pour assurer la continuité de fonctionnement du moteur et le maintien en état de vol de l'avion dans le respect des consignes de sécurité / navigabilité et de la documentation technique
- Assister le client dans la gestion de sa flotte moteur en atelier, anticiper et être force de propositions pour améliorer la disponibilité des moteurs, modules et/ou équipements et le maintien des moyens de soutien.
- Transmettre les rapports d'activités périodiques et les données d'utilisation des moteurs (weekly report, .) ou tout autre événements de flotte (rapport d'incident/accident)
- Participer aux différents rituels Safran Aircraft Engines de suivi d'exécution du contrat
- Faciliter la communication entre le client et SAE et ses partenaires (Dassault, Thalès,.)
- Coordonner l'équipe des « Field Technical / Logistic Representatives » Safran présente sur Base
- Veiller aux bonnes conditions de travail local, à la cohésion et aux performances de l'équipe de soutien Safran Aircraft Engines

+ Lead/ support cooling system (HVAC) engineering programs from concept through validation and release, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, timelines, and business objectives
+ Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation, to ensure successful program execution.
+ Follow, develop & maintain system‑level engineering plans, including scope definition, technical deliverables, design milestones, and resource coordination
+ Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and system‑level risks related to cooling performance, reliability, manufacturability, cost, and compliance throughout the product lifecycle
+ Define, track, and review engineering KPIs such as cooling performance, efficiency, reliability, validation status, and schedule adherence
+ Ensure cooling system designs comply with applicable regulations, standards, and internal engineering processes (e.g., HVAC codes, safety, quality, and stage‑gate requirements)
+ Contribute to continuous improvement of cooling system design practices, tools, and best practices

+ Clear understanding of standard framework (BIS, ISO,BEE,IEC) for HVAC products
+ Solid understanding of product development, lifecycle and engineering governance
+ Knowledge & hands-on experience in simulations tools (Model based design)
+ Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and global teams
+ Motivated to work individually and with team - locally and globally.
+ Hands-on experience on the manufacturing process, FMEA and Quality systems.
+ Should have gone through ECR / ECIN process
+ Exposure to design software. ProE / Creo, AutoCAD mandatory
+ Proficiency in MS office suites e.g. PPT, MS word, Excel.

Job Summary
If you are a Project engineering professional, Emerson has an exciting role for you! You will be the Key contact to assist project managers in Asia Pacific and Fisher Chennai Engineering Center. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
Under the guidance of a PMO/Project Manager, the Engineer provides project support which includes distributing work, monitoring progress and resolving issues. The Engineer owns the overall project execution schedulePlay an anchor role to assist and lead execution of KOB1/ KOB2 projects
+ Owns the overall execution of the project according to the Project Plan developed by the Project Manager with the goal of on-time to committed date
+ Attends post award meetings and works with the LBP, Global Industry Sales (GIS), and Order Administration staff to assure customer order requirements are accurately and completely input to the Fisher order processing and manufacturing systems.
+ Participates in the reconciliation of the customer PO including, but not limited to, pricing
+ Effectively directs project personnel which can include, but are not limited to Order Administration, Engineering, Drafting and Plant Project Coordinators for the appropriate sequential processing of project items.
+ Monitors and tracks project progress and submits periodic milestone status reports
+ Provides diligent and systematic follow-up and expediting to departments for scope of work
+ Coordinates submission and receipt of approval for project deliverables as directed by the Project Manager. Project deliverables may include Inspection and Test Plan, drawings, manufacturing procedures, Performance Bonds, Insurance Certificates, etc.
+ Ensures that project invoicing is completed per contractual agreements and assist the LBP and Customer Financial Services in resolving invoicing discrepancies
+ Implements activities required change order processing.
+ Interfaces with various departments within Fisher as well as the LBP/Sales Office to resolve any issues or problems related to on-time execution of the project
+ At a senior level, will function as the Project Manager for Tier2 projects
+ Provides additional support for project-related requirements as directed by the Project Manager.
+ Train juniors in Project management practices if needed

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ In depth knowledge of control valve products and Bill of material processing
+ Knowledge on Fisher products and accessories would be a plus
+ Minimum 8 years experience in control valves engineering
+ Good understanding of product specifications and Incoterms
+ Develop and present innovative solutions for problems if they may arise.
+ Optimizes work processes and improves performance metrics
+ Awareness of other Emerson products & Good knowledge of Inactive/obsolete/Competitor products
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering.
+ PMP Preferred
+ Strong interpersonal skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ready to take up any new challenges.
