# Job Summary:
Bechtel is looking for an employment lawyer to join its Global Labor and Employment Law team to provide support to Bechtel's business and other stakeholders in India. This lawyer will be based in Bechtel's Gurugram office and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Reports to the Senior Counsel, Global Employment & Labor and operates with minimal guidance, receiving overall direction on key matters. # Education and Experience Requirements:
+ India qualified lawyer with relevant legal experience of 8-10 years in a law firm or in-house legal team. Licensed in good standing to practice law in one or more states in India.
+ Significant experience in providing advice to multi-national organizations, with proven ability to match legal expertise to commercial business context.
+ Excellent knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations
+ Excellent technical, analytical and decision-making skills together with an ability to communicate, both verbal and written, in a commercial and non-technical manner.
