Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with all company policies.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising, to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to staff to foster professional development.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve complex issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze key metrics, reporting findings and proposing action plans to the Store Manager.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring operational compliance.
- Contribute to strategic planning for sales and marketing initiatives within the Patna store.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or Assistant Manager role.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing teams.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and retail management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs in Patna, Bihar .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
