In this role, you will plan, develop, and review electrical engineering design work, produce drawings and documentation, and prepare design estimates for a project. You will coordinate with clients, facilitate technical discussions, and review key electrical drawings, calculations, and bid summaries. + Review of 3D Model in S3D and Autodesk Revit using SPR or Navisworks and be a stakeholder in 30%, 50% and 90% Model Reviews with Client, Vendor and Sub Contractors.
+ Vendor Prints Review of Mechanical packages.
+ Preparation of three Line Diagrams & Logic Diagrams, Overall Single Line Diagrams, conversant with electrical layouts like raceways, lighting, grounding & lightning protection, Switchyard layouts etc.
+ Knowledge of engineering work planning and control methods.Knowledge of inter discipline coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**
In accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and ISC procedures, the Electrical Engineer will:
+ Designing analog and digital hardware to receive agency approvals (UL, CSA, ATEX, IEC, MSHA, etc.)
+ Plan and execute electrical design and development activities for new and existing products
+ Develop electrical architectures, schematics, and subsystem designs in coordination with cross-functional product development teams
+ Design and support multilayer PCBs, power systems, interfaces, and interconnects
+ Generate and maintain system and subsystem requirements
+ Support design through verification, validation, and design transfer
+ Specify electronic components, power supplies, and protection devices
+ Develop and execute electrical test methods, protocols, and reports
+ Perform failure analysis and root cause investigations
+ Maintain accurate technical documentation including schematics, calculations, BOMs, test data, and design rationale
+ Participate in design reviews and technical risk assessments
+ Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering on builds, debug, and production issues
+ Interface with external suppliers, test labs, and certification agencies as required
+ Support cost estimation, schedule planning, and continuous improvement initiatives

**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
+ 3+ years of experience in electrical or electronic product development
+ Experience delivering designs through a structured product development lifecycle
+ Working knowledge of:
+ Electrical schematics and circuit design
+ PCB design and layout collaboration (Altium Designer is a plus)
+ Power management and protection concepts
+ Electrical test equipment and lab practices
+ Experience producing clear, auditable technical documentation
+ Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional engineering teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience with safety‑critical or regulated products (industrial, medical, or hazardous‑location equipment)
+ Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., IEC, UL, IS, CE)
+ Experience supporting third‑party testing and certification activities
+ Exposure to failure analysis, design for reliability, and risk mitigation
+ Experience supporting products through sustaining engineering and field issue resolution
+ Prior experience in a global or matrixed engineering organization

Job Description
We are part of the Hardware Platform Group, with our team specializing in FPGA development. Our work spans both sophisticated data-path and challenging control-path FPGAs. The design process includes crafting the FPGA functional specification document, RTL coding, image generation and validation. We leverage industry-standard tools for FPGA design, incorporating various quality metrics to ensure a robust process. Our ultimate goal is to deliver bug-free RTL for first-pass success on the board. Additionally, we collaborate closely with our remote teams based in US and Italy.
**Your Impact**
* Design and implementation of FPGAs.
* Participate in the architecture definition, implementation and verification phases.
* Detailed design specification and test plan development.
* Develop and implement block level RTL, perform synthesis and achieve timing closure.
* Work with multi-functional teams (hardware, software, diagnostics and signal integrity groups).
* Assist in complex subsystem level lab bring-up, integration, and unit test validation.
* Contribution to the design process adoption with in the team.
**Minimum Qualifications**
*Educational Background: Requires 10-12 years of experience in FPGA designs with MTech/BTech in EE/EC domain.
* Experienced in crafting with Xilinx, Altera and Microsemi FPGAs or Proficiency in HDL languages (Verilog, VHDL and System Verilog)
* Hands on experience with FPGA vendor tools like Vivado, Quartus and Libero
* Hands-on experience with Ethernet based protocols, PCIe, AXI, memory controllers, OTN, I2C, SPI, UART etc. Familiarity with simulation flow like UVM and VMM will be an added advantage
* Basic knowledge on Unix system and script tool.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Knowledge on the signal integrity and system bring-up.
* Good English written and verbal communications. Self-motivation, partnership and strong interpersonal skills are needed.

Job Description
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Full understanding of virtual servers and operating systems, block, file, and object storage, and data protection
+ Full knowledge to install and configure high availability compute solutions supporting business critical functions
+ Understands how the whole picture aligns to overall Ensono strategy
+ Understanding of multiple scripting languages to develop solutions for automation and reporting
+ Work in a team to design computer system configurations
+ Design and document procedures to apply operating systems patches, code and firmware updates to systems infrastructure
+ Participate in primary design meetings for Client disaster recovery planning
+ Proficiency in Operating system installation procedure
+ Implement storage and data protection configurations
+ Research system vulnerabilities and provide documentation for future use implementing corrective actions as required
+ Develop guidelines and procedures for systems management including process and efficiency improvements
+ Monitor and tune systems to identify and eliminate issues and potential bottlenecks
+ Prepare periodic reports related to capacity and utilization
+ Design and implement advanced network configurations within the virtual server configuration
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8+ years of related experience or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience; or equivalent work experience
+ Operating SystemsWindows 5+ years hands on administration of Windows OS environments and/or
+ VMware 5+ years hands on administration of VMware environments and/or
+ Linux 5+ years hands on administration with RHEL or other Linux environments
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, to include resources, priorities, and timelines
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Results oriented team player who will work towards meeting team commitments
+ Experience with system configuration automation (Scripting with Pearl/Python/Bash or DevOps tools like Chef/Puppet)
+ Ability to mentor technical operations staff in appropriate technologies, as needed
+ Understanding of the competitive landscape from both business and technical perspective is a plus
+ AWS experience in designing, provisioning, monitoring and managing the environment is a big plus
+ AWS Certifications such as SysOps Administrator Associate, Solutions Architect Associate and Professional ITIL Foundations Certified is a plus
+ Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified IT Professional ﴾MCITP﴿ / Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) / Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) / Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) / VMware Certified Professional - VCP / Red Hat Certified Engineer
+ Experience with DevOps and Agile frameworks is a plus
