Job Description

The Role

As Brand Partnerships Manager, you'll take the brand off the screen and into the real world — building relationships, running experiences, and growing a community that trusts and champions the brand.

You'll report to the Brand Head and work closely with founders, design, and growth teams. It's a broad, build-as-you-go role — the areas below are the core of it, but you'll wear multiple hats and take on whatever helps the brand grow.

What You'll Own

B2B Partnerships

Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities with relevant institutional, gifting, and complementary brand partners.

Own the full partnership lifecycle — outreach, pitching, negotiation, contracting, and execution.

Track partnership performance and report on reach, engagement, and business impact.

Offline Events & Activations

Plan and execute pop-ups, on-ground activations, and brand experiences from concept to delivery.

Manage vendors, venues, budgets, and timelines for each activation.

Ensure every offline touchpoint reflects brand and quality standards.

Community Building

Design and run referral, ambassador, and co-creation programs that turn customers into advocates.

Build direct relationships with power users and loyal customers.

Feed community feedback and insights back into product, design, and brand decisions.

Online Reputation Management (ORM)

Monitor reviews, comments, and mentions across marketplaces, social platforms, and Google.

Respond promptly and thoughtfully to protect brand trust and turn complaints into resolved, positive outcomes.

Flag recurring issues to relevant teams and track resolution.

Cross-Functional Support

Collaborate with the brand team on campaigns, launches, and other marketing initiatives as needed.

Work closely with design and growth teams to ensure consistency across online and offline brand experiences.

Who You Are

2+ years of experience in partnerships, brand marketing, community management, business development, or events.

A strong relationship-builder who can pitch a partner, brief an agency, and run an event with equal ease.

A confident negotiator who can close win-win deals on terms, pricing, and scope without leaving value or the relationship on the table.

Sharp brand instincts and strong attention to detail.

Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building processes where none exist yet.

Role Overview

As a Senior Social Media Account Manager, you will own social media strategy and execution for large, enterprise- grade B2B clients. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how the social landscape is evolving - from platform algorithms and executive visibility to employer reputation and AI-assisted workflows.

You will act as the owner of social for your accounts - shaping what gets said, where it shows up, and how it’s managed - while working closely with content, design, digital, and account teams.

Corporate candidates with strong in-house social or communications experience are welcome. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

1.Social Strategy & Narrative Management

  • Manage brand presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and reputation surfaces like Glassdoor
  • Partner with HR / Employer Brand teams on review response strategies and content alignment
  • Flag reputation risks early and manage escalation calmly and professionally

3.Execution & Platform Excellence

  • Drive end-to-end execution: briefs, coordination, approvals, publishing, and moderation
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and relevance across platforms
  • Stay updated on platform changes, formats, and best practices — and apply them pragmatically

4.Client Ownership

  • Be the primary social media leader and strategist for clients
  • Lead reviews, performance discussions, and planning conversations with confidence
  • Handle feedback, iterations, and stakeholder expectations with maturity

5.Measurement, Tools & AI

  • Track performance using social analytics and listening tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, native analytics, etc.)
  • Move beyond vanity metrics to insight-led reporting for B2B brands
  • Use AI tools responsibly to improve speed, consistency, and ideation

6.Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Guide junior social team members where applicable
  • Collaborate closely with SEO, paid, brand, web, and PR teams for integrated outcomes
  • Bring structure, predictability, and momentum into social delivery

  • Experience handling executive / leadership social presence is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with social management, listening, and reporting tools
  • Comfort working in complex stakeholder environments with approvals and governance
  • Curious about new formats, AI, and evolving social behaviors
  • Organized, accountable, and calm under pressure
  • Comfortable working in-office and collaborating closely with teams

Why Join Us

You’ll work on serious brands — but in a place that values thinking, ownership, and good judgment.

Job Description

WE'RE HIRING: Social Media & Content Creator

Internship (Fast-Track to Full-Time) | Delhi (On-site) Open to recent graduates — not for students currently balancing coursework

SOVIV is a bootstrapped D2C women's innerwear brand, hiring one dedicated content person to own how we show up online. This role can start as a paid internship with a fast-track to full-time , or as a direct full-time hire — we'll decide together based on your experience and portfolio.

If you understand what makes people stop scrolling, can write a caption that doesn't sound like a robot wrote it, and are comfortable on camera — read on.

We don't outsource content. Every post, every video, every story comes from our team. You'll work directly with the founder and shape the brand's voice from the ground up.

About Us

We sell across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Shopify, and we run two brands: SOVIV (everyday) and Peaches & Roses (premium, launching soon). We're small, lean, and we ship fast.

The Role

  • Own daily content across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, and Facebook
  • Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, Shorts) and write captions that carry the brand voice
  • Build content calendars and campaign ideas across both brands
  • Engage with the community — real replies, not templates
  • Use AI tools (Higgsfield, Claude, Canva) to produce on-brand visuals and video
  • Track performance — engagement, saves, shares, follower trends — and adjust

Note: You won't need to model the product. Our content is tutorials, behind-the-scenes, educational, lifestyle, and brand storytelling.

What You Bring

  • Degree completed, full-time hours available — this isn't a role you're fitting around classes
  • Genuine interest in content and social media — freshers welcome, we'll train the right person
  • Strong, natural writing that adapts tone — playful, helpful, authentic
  • Comfortable on camera — talking to it, voiceover, or just being present
  • Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve)
  • Self-driven — you bring ideas, not excuses

Nice to Have

  • A portfolio of content you've made — Reels, Shorts, posts, or captions (personal accounts count, totally fine if you don't have one)
  • Experience with Higgsfield, Claude, or Canva AI
  • You can explain why a piece of content worked
  • Comfort with platform analytics (Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics)
  • You've managed or grown a community before

What Success Looks Like

Strong candidates may be offered full-time from day one. On the internship track, here's the bar to convert by the 6–12 week mark :

  • Consistent, on-brand content — 5–6x a week
  • Engagement above baseline — saves and shares, not vanity follower counts
  • Video that lands with our audience
  • A content system you can run without hand-holding

Hit these, and it becomes a full-time role — with a path to leading our content, including a small team of interns you'll help guide.

Why This Role

  • Work directly with the founder — your ideas get tested and shipped, fast
  • Real ownership — building a content engine from scratch, not running a pre-planned calendar
  • Use tools most people at your level never touch (Higgsfield, Claude, AI video)
  • A clear path to lead a content team as we scale

How to Apply

Email:

Subject: Social Media & Content Creator (Internship/Full-Time) – (Your Name)

Include:

  • Your CV (short — content or social media experience, if any)
  • A few honest lines: why this role, and which platform you're strongest on
  • If you have any content you've made — posts, Reels, captions — feel free to share it (not required)

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to shoot a short video as part of our selection process.

We review on a rolling basis and reply within 3–5 days.

Community Manager

560001 Bangalore Bazaar Age Stronger

Tap Again To Close

Job Description

Role: Community Manager

Location: Bengaluru (On-Ground Role, involves travel across city)

Commitment: Full-Time

About Age Stronger

Age Stronger is a fitness community for seniors in Bangalore. We conduct group fitness sessions and Pickleball coaching. We're not in the business of the stereotype: seniors sitting around, wheelchairs, low-energy "activities." Our members show up to move, compete, and get stronger. We exist to help seniors thrive, not just stay occupied.

The Role

We're hiring a Community Manager to own the job of engaging and growing our community, full stop. This isn't a support role. You will run at least one event a week, on a tight budget, and you'll be the one deciding what that event should be, not waiting for us to tell you.

What You'll Do

  • Design and run one community event every week , on a shoestring budget. We'll give you direction on the first few, after that, it's on you.
  • Come up with your own ideas for growing engagement, attendance, and paid conversions. If you're waiting for a brief, this role will frustrate you.
  • Own your processes end to end : planning, vendor/venue coordination, on-ground execution, and follow-up.
  • Travel across Bangalore for events, and check the venue/setup before each one happens. This is not a desk job .
  • Be a primary point of contact and warmth for our members — most of whom are senior citizens who deserve patience, not politeness-as-performance.

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine self-starter. If you need instructions to move, this isn't the role for you.
  • 10/10 written and verbal communication . You'll represent us to members, vendors, and partners.
  • Real empathy for seniors. Non-negotiable. Zero tolerance for cockiness or impatience.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a tight budget.
  • Willingness to be on the ground and traveling, not behind a laptop.

Compensation : The Honest Version

Before the numbers, one clarification: this is not a "hire cheap, use, and discard" role. We are nothing without our community, which means this is meant to become one of the most important, long-term positions in our company. The ramp-up structure below exists because we've been burned before hiring for this kind of role, not because we see it as disposable.

We've hired before, paid a full month's salary, and then discovered the person needed heavy hand-holding or wasn't the right fit. We can't afford to keep doing that. So the first three months work like this:

Month 1 : ₹5,000

Month 2 : ₹10,000

Month 3 : ₹15,000

From Month 4 onward, pay is renegotiated based on the impact you've actually created. There's no cap on that conversation. It's on you to make the case.

Think of the first three months as a mutual trial: you're finding out if you want to build something from scratch with us, and we're finding out if you can. We'd rather say this upfront than have you discover it later.

Note: For the right candidate who adds value, there will be an opportunity to expedite this climb.

What you'll Actually Learn

Most people confuse a "group" with a "community" and build the former while calling it the latter. You'll get first-hand, first-principles grounding in what actually makes a community — what makes people show up, pay, stay, and bring others — by building one, in the real world, at our expense. Consider it a masters-level education you're getting paid (a little) to take, instead of paying for.

This Role is NOT For You If :

  • You want a clear playbook to execute against.
  • You need regular check-ins to know what to do next.
  • You're not okay being on your feet, on the road, and out of your comfort zone.
  • You see seniors as an inconvenience rather than people who deserve your full patience.

HOW TO APPLY

Skip the resume-and-cover-letter routine. Send a voice note to telling me about one event you've conducted, start to finish. Walk us through how you got people to show up, how you hosted them, and what you did after it was over.

A few things before you record it:

  • Skip college fest experience. It doesn't translate here.
  • An intimate event where you personally hosted 15 people tells us more than one where you managed 500. We're hiring a Community Manager, not an Event Manager.
  • We care about the human parts — getting people there, making them feel hosted, following up afterward — not just logistics on the day.

Job Description

Location: Bengaluru (On-site)

Experience: 5-10 years

Company: Anandi School

Most school social media feels the same.

Assembly photos.

Annual day updates.

Admission announcements.

We're building something very different.

Anandi is an IB school with a Harvard-inspired 4+1 Field Model where children spend one day every week learning with entrepreneurs, scientists, artists, designers, engineers, and creators.

We believe education should feel alive.

And our social media should too.

We're looking for a social-first content native who understands how to create content people actually stop scrolling for.

Not someone who schedules posts.

Not someone who simply briefs agencies.

Someone who can spot stories, write hooks, direct reels, identify trends, package ideas, and turn everyday moments into content that reaches hundreds of thousands of parents.

What You'll Own

  • End-to-end ownership of Anandi's Instagram presence
  • Reels strategy, content planning, scripting, and execution
  • Identifying viral and culturally relevant content formats
  • Working with teachers, students, founders, and parents to uncover authentic stories
  • Creating content around learning, parenting, education, childhood, and innovation
  • Building repeatable content series that drive reach and engagement
  • Collaborating with designers, videographers, and freelancers
  • Analysing performance and continuously improving content

What Success Looks Like

Within your first few months, you'd help us:

  • Grow organic reach to 500K+/month
  • Increase average reel views to 10K+
  • Build multiple recurring content IPs & series
  • Make Anandi one of the most followed and talked-about school brands in India

You Might Be a Great Fit If

  • You understand hooks, retention, watch time, shares, saves, and storytelling
  • You've grown an account, built a personal brand, or created content that reached large audiences
  • You naturally notice trends before they become obvious
  • You're comfortable being behind the camera, directing shoots, or occasionally stepping in front of one

Bonus Points If

  • You've built content for founder brands
  • You've worked with consumer, parenting, education, lifestyle, or creator-led brands
