The **CLM System Specialist** supports the enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management platform used by ~700 users across Sales, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT. This role ensures the system remains stable, compliant, and audit ready while driving user adoption and supporting long term CLM capability. The specialist manages daily operations, vendor coordination, SOX controls, user support, and data quality governance. This position will be available in **Gurgaon, India.**
This role ensures the CLM platform remains operational, compliant, and scalable, protecting SOX controls and supporting mission‑critical contracting processes across the enterprise.
**The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:**
Governance & Operations
+ Manage user access, workflows, and day‑to‑day CLM system operations.
+ Support releases, enhancements, and roadmap execution with IT and business teams.
Vendor Management
+ Serve as the primary operational contact for CLM Vendor/s.
+ Oversee incidents, service requests, SLAs, and contractual adherence.
+ Lead weekly vendor tactical/operational meetings.
SOX Controls & Compliance
+ Execute SOX/ITGC controls for the CLM platform.
+ Maintain audit evidence, access reviews, change logs, and documentation.
+ Support internal/external audits and remediation efforts.
User Support & Training
+ Provide first‑line functional support for user queries and access requests.
+ Deliver onboarding, refresher training, and functional enablement content.
Data Quality & Repository Support
+ Support clause and template library governance with Legal/SMEs, including versioning and change request coordination.
+ Support the business to monitor and improve contract metadata and system data quality.
+ Provide monthly reporting.
+ Support data cleanup and development of new performance metrics.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
+ Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and user guides.
+ Keep system, audit, and operational materials current and aligned with governance standards.
