+ Develop relationships with strategic customers, EPCs and licensors at their local offices in India and drive preference for our control valve products globally.
+ Strong collaboration with Global Industry Sales and local India Sales teams on account targets, strategic sales plans, local support coverage and growth metrics.
+ Manage and influence customer specifications by understanding their technical requirements, ensuring products cost effectively meet or exceed these specifications. Work with customers to refine and finalize specifications, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure strategic compliance.
+ Lead technical training and marketing seminars for customers as vital to facilitate Fisher preference on new and existing applications
+ Provide ongoing technical support to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention for all stages of the procurement or project cycle
+ Support project teams with early engagement, optimized pricing strategies, competitive positioning and follow up to technical and commercial questions
+ Mentor project management teams on application of customer requirements for projects for your customers. Drive standardization and commercial optimization of these requirements for these projects.
+ Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape and new technologies within the control valve market
+ Coordinate development of appropriate Marcom, social media and other sales tools to facilitate and accelerate adoption of Flow Control products.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering.
+ 5+ years work experience as a sales/application engineer
+ Hands on experience with control valve sizing and selection
+ Excellent knowledge of Fisher products and solutions
+ Understanding of customer specifications and how to influence with Fisher technology
+ Experience working on teams
+ Strong communication skills
+ Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend internal and customer events
