The Human Resource Associate Partner role provides support to the management team in a variety of administrative and regular operation tasks.
Key job responsibilities
-Clear flags in systems and assess attendance point for associates for unexcused absences.
-Collect/organize time off request forms for Amazonians from managers and associates. Get approvals from managers for vacation requests as required.
-Ensure proper coding of "time paid not work" and "time not paid, not worked" such as Vacation (vacp)/Paid Personal Time (pers)/Voluntary -Time-off (vto)/Lack of Work (low) for Amazon associates.
-Make points corrections for staffing agency as directed by Amazon Human Resources (HR)
-Make points corrections for Amazon associates as directed by site leaders or Human Resources
-Identify, track and reconcile missing: in, out and lunch punches
-With manager approval, clear discrepancies associated with Time Off Task flags
-Enter punches for orientation time for staffing agency new hires.

- In this role, as an Associate - Land Referencer in the Land Services discipline, your goal will be delivery of detailed, high quality land ownership information to our clients. Land team gathers this information by searching various databases, researching land registry records, and examining Ordnance Survey maps. Our clients develop major highway, rail, energy, and water infrastructure for which they need Government approval. You will work as part of a team of Land Consultants liaising with landowners who may be affected by the development and delivering the necessary information required to notify, gain access and subsequently compensate them for the impact caused by the scheme.

We are looking for an exceptional person to lead our Ground and Water (Contaminated Land) team in India. You will have at least 15 years' post-graduate experience working in the Geo-environmental field.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and coaching team members in the GCC Ground & Water Team. Role Summary

The Associate – Loan Operations is responsible for managing and executing end-to-end loan processing and servicing activities for Bilateral and Syndicated loan transactions across multiple APAC entities, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Labuan, Taiwan, Tokyo, and Sydney. The role ensures the accurate and timely execution of loan drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixings, disbursements, and settlements, in strict compliance with bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory standards. The incumbent will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Treasury, Syndication, and Finance teams to deliver seamless execution across the loan lifecycle while maintaining operational excellence and strong risk control discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Processing & Execution

• Process loan drawdowns, rollovers, and rate fixings for both bilateral and syndicated loan transactions.
• Liaise with Treasury Traders for rate fixing and funding arrangements; coordinate fund movement reporting with Treasury Settlements.
• Execute loan disbursements to clients, ensuring accurate booking of drawdown and rollover transactions in Loan IQ within agreed timelines.
