The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top voice/semi voice talents for Infosys BPM. This role requires a deep understanding of voice assessment tools, international voice quality, CEFR scores and understanding the blended process (Chat and voice). Also, it is good to have knowledge in emerging and high-demand areas like multiple chat windows and typing test. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage the recruitment process from start to finish are essential.
Responsibilities/ Requirements:
- Must have minimum exp range 2+ years in respective area/domain of recruitment-international voice and semi voice process.
- Source and attract candidates with expertise in bulk hiring for customer service and service desk roles (voice and semi voice) through various channels including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess soft skills and cultural fit.
- Conducting the hiring event, job fairs, walk-in etc.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, voice assessments (Versant/Svar/CRT/SHL etc), scheduling interviews, and extending offers.
- Must have experience of hiring FTE/FTR talents.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings in critical international voice requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
